Bought 2 sets so 4 in all. Use for hanging hammock chairs. One inside and 3 outside deck area. I did look at lots of options and read lots of reviews in the end settled on these as a simple design and no need for springs extra stuff etc since the hammock string/line is already springy/stretchy. I originally purchased one set... tried it.. one week later bought another set. These definitely worked out perfect. I did purchase separately, some 500lb rated 3" carabiners so that I can take the chairs down easily if required. I am using marine grade boat line/halyard rope with a sailing knot called a bowline to connect the chair to the carabiner if you are wondering. Bowline is a great sailing knot that can handle very high strain and won't come apart. Great product.

These are incredibly sturdy and whisper quiet. We got these to hang my daughter's reading swing. I had used a different version and although it held, I never had confidence and the creaking was horrible. This was a redo/upgrade, and now the weakest part is the cloth chair itself.

I bought these anchors for my new porch swing. The ceiling on my porch is totally floored with 2x6 beams running the length of it. Installed into one of the beams. Took less than a minute to install them. They’re not going anywhere. When I ordered them, I just wanted something heavy duty because I have some heavy people in my family. But the design of them? I love them. I can swing in any direction. Don’t want my grandchildren finding out the chair will swing like a top. Lol
