The people rating this 1 star are also saying hummus is a lot of work to make. Maybe they're growing the chickpeas. This is an exceptional tahini. I literally eat it out of the jar like peanut butter on occasion. Smooth, stirs easy and delicious. If you're cooking authentic this is your brand. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Very good, as a turkish person, I like it very much. No oil on top that much nor bottom has thick paste. It is creamy. Delicious. Sealing is good.

Good stuff. It's got a good flavor and thickness. I use it make hummus and a lemon garlic tahini sauce for my roasted veggies. I'm on my second jar. Delicious.

Good flavor and it’s not like most tahini with a half inch of oil on top. It was well mixed and perfect for my home made hummus.

I just got this. The flavor is true tahini. It was surprisingly very uniform and smooth all through! But also somewhat thin.

Normally I purchase organic tahini but I've been receiving tahini that's separated and so hard that I wanted to try something different. I ordered 2 jars of this 32 oz Lebanon Valley Tahini and it arrived today packaged well and not leaking with an exp date over a year out. All good things. The actual seal on the jar is foil and it was completely intact . Upon opening I found a smooth, creamy, fully emulsified tahini that has a lovely taste and texture. Not too runny, not too stiff, NO LUMPS CLUMPS OR HARD ROCKS on the bottom of the jar. After using both of these jars I'll probably order again. So far so good and recommended.
