Are these stretchy enough to fit a 6'3" woman who wears a size 7-9 in pants? Aka really long and skinny?

I am a vey long-legged 5'10", typically in between a size 4 and 6 long, pant-size. Regular length anything is never long enough, and all my size 4 pants are getting tight these days. I ordered Medium. They are not too tight (the 360-degree stretch is great). They are a little loose at the knee (most things that fit my skinny calves are way too tight at the knee lately), and they are not overly snug anywhere else either. I honestly forget they are there most of the time, which I can't say for any other base layer items I've owned recently. They are a little on the sort side for me, as most pants usually are unless available in a "Long" length, but honestly, these are maybe an inch longer than almost any other regular length leggings I've owned.

Question 2

I&rsquo;m 5&rsquo;6&rdquo; and 160. Would large be good? Reviews seem to say they run small.

I believe the sizing has changed.  I just got some and Small fit me perfectly (5’2”, 135 lbs, D cup).  Also, the rise is a bit higher than it used to be.  The ones I got a few years ago were low rise and the new ones reach right over my belly button.

Hello, I am 5'3 155 lbs. Should I order 1 size up or 2?

I'm 5'3" and 150lbs.  I found the Large to be TOO LOOSE everywhere except in bust.  The bust fit but still had plenty of stretch, so I'm returning it & ordering a Medium.  I'm going to post a review as well, in which I'll try to upload a photo of the Size Chart from the package!  Why-on-Earth the seller didn't do this, I don't understand.  According to chart, Medium is for dress sizes 10-12, bust 37-39", hips 39-41". . . Large is size14-16, bust 40-42", hips 42-44".  I'm top-heavy instead of bottom-heavy, so that explains why the bottoms were so loose.
