Why would you use anything else? This Jiffy mix is the best! Easy to fix and fast, add fresh blueberries OR Parmesan cheese, creamed corn is fab -- (not together, of course). The quantity in a single box is enough bread for several people (depends on what you cook the mix in). A large cast iron skillet is great for a "thin-baked" bread, and for a "thick-baked" bread - a loaf pan. Yum, good eatin' !!!!Rose in Trenton, MI

Bought this since Thanksgiving was upon us & was expecting the crowd. I've used it many, many times before but thought the convenience of having it shipped to my door would help. All the family loves it as corn bread since it has a hint of sweetness & it goes great as an ingredient in stuffing. It's cheaper than the grocery & free shipping helped it cost even less as well as being convenient.

This small box is just perfect for quick and delish corn bread. The price is good and it always seems fresh. I have used this product tons of times over the years, it is always good and I have never had any problems with it. I will buy again as needed and I do recommend it.

I make cornbread "poppers" from Jiffy Mix in the 1.5" muffin pans. Follow the directions on the box, but add a cup of chopped jalapenos (jarred), not fresh. Pat them dry before adding to the batter mix. Just watch them carefully after the 12 minute mark so as not to over-cook them. Pull 'em out just as the top starts to brown. Serve with softened butter...........YUMMIE!!

I have used these ever since they first started making them. I prefer them to starting from scratch. I add a touch of sugar and vanilla and they make a wonderful snack food, too. Can't beat them when it comes to serving with chili or beans of some kind. These work well for cornbread as well as muffins and mini-muffins.

the expiration date was only two weeks away, I have used this product for many years and it is the best tasting, but when it is expired it will not rise well.

There is something about this product that I cannot shake. I just love it. I have been using it for more than 30 years and it doesn't change. It may not be the most realistic for those who like home made from scratch corn bread but for me it is really good. Thank you for not changing.

I have always enjoyed cornbread! JIFFY. Brand makes enjoying it that much easier. All you need to haven ar he. is your Jiffy. mix, milk and egg. Voila! lovely sweet cornbread.
