This magnesium mix does help me relax & get to sleep quickly. Before using this product I would lay awake hoping to drift off to sleep..now taking 30 minutes before bedtime I relax & doze off quickly !

Those Magnesium is by far the Best one I've come across thus far that actually does wat it says. This product is absolutely incredible. I rest so well with this product. I don't need to look any further, This is the ONE. Oh and easy to swallow capsules because I'm not a pill person. I hate taking pills. It works quickly too within a 1/2 an hour or atleast for me.

I have used Magnesium for years and for many reasons. As many brands as there are, I have settled on Smarter Nutrition to be my brand of choice, the best and to be economical, too. It is also made in the USA. Read on ... I use Magnesium for a restful night’s sleep and to prevent muscle spasms, taking it with my bone nutrient in the morning and again at night before bed. Overall, I do my homework when it comes to nutrients. I feel it boosts my energy in the morning, reduces stomach acid for more alkalinity, yet taken at night, after a long tiring day, it relaxes me, reduces anxiety, and continues to help level my alkaline. I can attest and relate to that differentiation, as I take herbs that work in the body, one way in the morning after waking, yet differently before bed, when the body is ready to rest (one is the herb Ashwaganda). Magnesium also boosts the immune system, helps with muscles, cardiac health and brain function. Our bodies need oxygen, but we need good minerals and nutrients too. Magnesium is one of them. Also, I like the added Panax Notoginseng in this supplement and feel it can help to stabilize our blood pressure. Actually, I never have headaches, anymore that is; and and it could be my continued use of Magnesium. You see, back 22 years ago, I was rear-ended in a car accident, had a bad whiplash and got migraines to the point I was hospitalized 3 times. Seeking a good chiropractor, in his care for a year, I was directed to add a Magnesium supplement to my regular vitamins (I feel multi-vitamins have a daily requirement dose, for most; but sometimes a person needs more of particular nutrients, as we are all a little different). In the beginning, the Magnesium supplement didn’t seem to work real fast on my bad headaches, but I never gave up, because it sure did eventually. My chiropractor was right. So I have never stopped using my Magnesium. And, today, I can say, I have never ever had a bad headache like those again. I virtually cannot remember my last headache at all. It took me a few days to figure out the best time too take it but since I have, I've been able to sleep more soundly, my sleep is more restful, I've begun to dream, and I don't wake up drowsy or worth sleep fog. I'll definitely be purchasing again! I am taking 1 tablet around 8:30pm. I'm in bed at 10pm. I wake at 6:30am.

This pregnancy has brought a lot of trouble with sleeping (new issue for me - 8th baby) and regular restless leg trouble, and though I still get RL, after taking this for 4 wks, it's very rare (there were periods where it was nightly) and it's never while I'm settling to go to sleep now so that's wonderful. I'm definitely sleeping soundly now and have FAR less headaches and no migraines as well - which had also become a real problem this pregnancy. Sleep quality has obviously improved. The difficulty in assessing this product's effectiveness is in my simultaneously using a Mg lotion, both started within days of one another. It's hard to tell how effective this has been for the main symptoms I've been trying to alleviate as well: pre-term contractions. I'm taking it along with a Mg cream and an herbal tincture to try to stop pre-term labor. Most Mg suppliers warn effects can take weeks to notice. I'd say if this supplement is helping limit contractions - which it may very well be - it took a few weeks to start. Honestly though, I can't tell what is doing what - but I'm certainly staying on this supplement to do all that I can to help. My contractions have backed off a bit, but I think it took a good 2 weeks to notice and this supplement was taken in conjunction with a topical Mg which is supposed to be the ideal absorption form. I chose this supplement specifically though as it looked like the best quality Mg for bioavailability. I normally use a different supplement co but their Mg contains the herb Ashwagandha (which is an abortifacient) so after some searching I found Smarter Nutrition and will continue looking at them for our families supplement needs as their standards seem to be of the caliber I expect, if I am to expect actual results. I am 72 years old and I’m tired of being in Pain all the time my whole body. I have AS,PsA,Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, plus Crohn’s disease. In the last 4 years I’ve had a Knee replacement surgery, then I had my Neck fused then Rotator Cuff surgery 2020. My Rheumatologist has tried me on 3 different kinds of Biologics. This past week I added Joint Food to my daily routine. Now this may sound hard to believe but I can actually move my shoulder better without as much pain, I’m walking better without stiffness and I wake up in the morning and I’m not stiff, swelling has gone and I’m more flexible., OMG.. This is it... I will not ever try another biologic.

I bought this product because I knew my magnesium levels were low as I am almost 60 years old. I was taking a different form of magnesium in a powder and I just felt hungover the next day. Even if I would cut the dose in half something didn't rfeel right about it. I take 2 (even though the suggested amount is 3 softgels-super easy to swallow) of these capsules at night and sleep really well without dragging the next day. My leg cramps have disappeared and I am no longer afraid to fully stretch my legs before getting out of bed in the morning (stretching use to cause the cramps to start). I think this magnesium is different because it is marine derived. There is nothing about this supplement that makes me feel funny like so many others I have tried. I wont be without it!!! Thank you Smarter Nutrition, please never change this formula.

Most magnesium supplements are HUGE. This is slightly smaller. And the price is good.
