Healthy comfort food
I've been consuming Bob's 7-grain cereal for several years. I can no longer get it locally so I was glad to find it on Amazon. This is a tasty, natural product that makes an excellent nutritious breakfast. It takes a little longer to cook than oatmeal but the variety of grains makes it more interesting. I cook it with milk or soy milk. It's naturally sweet so I don't need to add sugar, but I sprinkle it with various toppings: cinnamon, cocoa, raisins, cranberries, walnuts, etc. Some people top it with butter and honey. Any way you eat it, it's the ultimate comfort food.

Quick & healthy breakfast
Love this for breakfast. Very filling and tastes excellent. I usually mix it with almond milk, walnuts, raisins, and some blueberries, and it totally carries me through to lunch, even after a heavy morning workout. Sometimes add a little cinnamon and/or honey or maple syrup. Two minutes in the microwave and it’s ready to go after some stirring and cooling. It does solidify as it cools, so will absorb liquid and become more pasty/solid over time. Just adjust the liquid accordingly. A quarter cup is a good serving size, surprisingly filling, and the bag will then last weeks.

Bob’s is no run of the Mill cereal
Started buying Bob’s Red Mill instead of regular oat meal. Oat meal doesn’t keep you filled. We used to eat another brand of 5 grain, but where we live now, you can’t find it. Bob’s Red Mill stays with you through the whole morning until lunch. Great with cinnamon, or any fruit!

Best hot cereal
Absolutely wonderful cereal! I make it in my little rice cooker and it comes out the right consistency for me. A little cinnamon and vanilla perk it up. I also add raisins or blueberries!

Love the seven grain and often can only find 10 grain in the stores. Great Taste!
