EVS Sports SB03 Shoulder Brace

This brace is excellent. Good design.Good enough support to feel comfortable swinging a pick-axe over my head with both hands.The "X" cross strap so useful in that it allows you to customize the pressure support and it actually creates a cup of pressure well securing the joint whereas most other neoprene pocket types give some more general pressure.Once you get the x strap set up you only have to manipulate the bicep securing strap and the chest strap to take on and off.This one should be on your list. I got the large, good size for my frame and shoulder cup but I find I have to strap the waist start over pretty far to get the desired pressure. It fits well, except I use it on my left shoulder and it works fine, except the tightening straps would be easier to adjust if it was on the right shoulder. I wear a compression shirt under it, and that works much better than a plain tee shirt. It gives me support when I swing a golf club and it also reminds me to keep my left arm tight to my chest.

Lots of football and basketball rotator cuff injuries later, sometimes I need a shoulder brace to play sports or workout. I've cycled through a number of them over the years but nothing even comes close to the EVS Shoulder Brace. It is super high quality with incredible support and enormous comfort. A bit more money than the rest but worth every single penny.Gets my absolute highest recommendation.

Works great for my SLAP tear and my shoulder would dislocate while sleeping. I wear it to bed and when exerting myself and sends to do the job. If you have a large bicep it can be a little snug on the sleeve. Works best with a light under shirt to help wick and sweat from being wrapped in neoprene. Hopefully this will allow it to heal some and surgery can be postponed

This is the second shoulder brace (SB03) that I've bought. The last one lasted me 3 years as a weekend warrior (flag football, softball & soccer.) I did have concerns buying another one because the foam padding was falling out weekly (especially under my arm) but with an adjustment here and there it did its job. The newer .. upgraded .. model fixed that issue. The entire brace now has a binding/cuff! Holding everything together AND stopping the edges from pulling apart. I'm beyond pleased with the upgrades.Torn labrum - used for compression & stability

I wore this 3 times prior to getting surgery. Post surgery 1x. When I took it off, the stitching on the chest strap Velcro is already coming loose. Looks decent but not built well and I cannot return because it's just outside of elidgible time frame.

In a recent MX accident, I separated my shoulder and chipped a piece of bone off requiring surgery to repair it. Knowing I was not going to listen to my Dr. and wait 6 months to a year before riding again I bought this brace for some added protection. After 4 months of healing I went riding this weekend and put this brace on (with my roost protector) for the first time and cautiously rode very easy trails and the MX track with limited jumping to reduce the risk of going down. I will say that I never realized I had the brace on while riding but noticed how much better my shoulder felt with it on once I removed it. I would highly recommend this brace to anyone looking for added support and even some pain relief if you had an injury like mine.

The brace was ordered for our son. He had suffered a moderate shoulder injury in hockey. He is using the brace and says it is both supportive and comfortable.
