This product was well worth buying in my opinion. My prooducts arrived ahead of schedule, and well packaged. We used the spray immediately, as directed, and it seems to be doing a very good job when combined with food grade diatomaceous earth at controlling pests in the house. The laundry additive is odorless, and since you only need to use an ounce per load, it will last a while, even though we do three loads of laundry a week at least. I haven't experienced any allergic reactions to the products--but considering the main ingredient is salt, I didn't expect to. I have found that the spray works better on the carpet in our house than directly on sheets or pillow cases--the "lightly spray" thing doesn't always work out well. But it does dry on all fabrics without visible staining or effecting non-colorfast materials, even if you do overspray. I really like the fact it is entirely pet safe--my cats have had no reactions to it. I also used an ounce of the laundry additive in my steam cleaner when I steam cleaned my carpets, just to try it out--it didn't cause any staining or color change that way either. All in all, an excellent choice of product for the chemically sensitive and households with kids or pets. I will definitely be buying more when this runs out.

This has been the only thing keeping us asleep at night, while we wait for treatment. They say isoprophyl alcohol will work just as well - it doesn't! Buy this stuff. We spray it around the feet of the bed and the edges of the mattress (since we caught our problem early and know for sure they're not in the mattress yet), and the nights we've used them they didn't bite or bit only 1-2 times. This does NOT however eradicate the problem, no matter how much you spray it around the house! If you have these little devils PLEASE do yourself the favor and don't try to deal with them on your own for a few weeks, they hide in the walls and will only get worse. Get a professional exterminator in IMMEDIATELY and the treatment won't be as painful. Please take our experience on this and don't wait.

I just started a couple treatments, but it seems to be working. It's hard to tell. You never see the buggers. But I like the fact that I don't have to worry about toxicity. Very easy to use, and it seems like it will last quite a while.

I liked this spray because it didn't have a scent. Some sprays will say they smell awful and that is because they work. Those are very impractical. If you get bed bugs, you are going to spray and spray and spray. We used this at the end of our "adventure," when the bugs were nearly gone anyway. I sprayed with this every day for weeks, the sides of the bed and the floor around the bed. Seemed to work. I liked the laundry additive. This was the only one I could find.

Got this earlier than the estimated delivery time, totally awesome. We used the spray and it totally works on contact. Love that the scent doesn't choke you. It says unscented but it really has a very light pleasant smell initially then fades in minutes. Can't wait to try the laundry detergent, hope it works although I haven't seen any bugs in my clothing, just want to be sure they aren't just hiding. Gonna order more of the spray soon to keep as a maintenance item.

This is a great product. I purchased it when my apartment complex had a bedbug outbreak, and I was nervous. It is safe to use around pets,y hamster and pug were fine, and the smell is nice. I liked the idea of the natural elements, as opposed to harsh chemicals. I did not get bedbugs, and I have not had bed bugs. I use the laundry additive continuously, and the spray on all furniture and bedding in between cleaning. I really believe this product was why I was one of the only rooms to NOT get the bedbugs!

Doesn't kill or repel them at all.

I'd like to believe that the spray worked because I've not seen any bedbugs since. I would like to add that I used several methods and products to get rid of the bugs. I laundered all my bedding (the pillows and the down mattress pad that can't be washed were put in the dryer on the hottest setting for about an hour). I also used Bedlam Plus on the mattress and box spring as well as the legs of nightstands and rugs. There is no one solution to get rid of bed bugs, they are extremely hard to get rid of, so multiple methods/products are needed.
