If the shoe is too tight, then i would take out the insole. Dont move around, fit all my shoes and give support where needed... only issue I've had is that, as I walk about 8 miles/5 days a week, i had blisters on my heels where the sole connected to the heel of my shoe after the first day in them. And they are still blistered even after a rest from the insert.
