CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT! So easy to clean, even with steak, pork, chicken spatter, it cleans up wonderfully. For me being single, it's not a big huge pan but I can feed 4 to six people from it, and its stable to take in and out, tough and rack washes up well, and no sharp edges. all in all it IS A GOOD PRODUCT! This is the best pan ever. It is not too heavy, cooks evenly, roasts bakes and broils along with the high heat level so that it can be used on a barbecue grill. I have used the top tray to roast veggies and it really works well. It is also very easy to handle and clean.

I used this, for the first time, to cook a London Broil. I used the wire rack to elevate the beef and cooked each side dripping the juices into the pan. It worked well in the broiler on high heat and cleaned up easily. It’s smaller than the pan that comes with the oven which makes it perfect for smaller meals or roasting vegetables.

I'm experiencing a bit of buyer's remorse with this pan. I normally do an unhealthy amount of research for even basic purchases, and I bought this item impulsively after my husband exploded my favorite glass baking dish in the broiler. It's *okay*, and the pan itself performs well in the oven or under the broiler. I have had no use for the wire rack so far, but it's made a few trips through the dishwasher and is still intact, so I have no complaints about that. The top tray, however, warped on it's first use, as I expected it would after reading reviews. Most reviews stated that it would return to it's flat shape after cooling and it did relax somewhat, but remains just twisted enough to really irritate me. It does not provide a level surface for the food I'm cooking, which hasn't been too much of a problem so far, but it may someday. Really, it's just like sitting in a chair that has one leg shorter than all the rest-it performs just fine, but it makes me irrationally angry. Although I checked the dimensions of the pan before purchasing, I was surprised by how small it is in person. It does fit a 5 lb. whole chicken, but isn't large enough to handle the same chicken if it's spatchcocked, and definitely won't be able to handle some of the larger pork shoulders I cook. It looks smaller than my 14" x 9" glass baking dish, though measuring it confirms that the size difference is negligible. The finish has worn off in a few places where the wire rack rubbed against it during shipping, and some along the edges after only a few uses. I have not had any problems with rust so far, however. I paid $20 for this pan, and wish I had shopped around a bit more. At the time of writing this review, the price is $13, which is more reasonable. Overall, I think I could have found a better product for only a few dollars more than I paid for this pan, or I could have paid much less and gotten a slightly lower-quality item. Either of those options would have felt like a better value. Three stars feels a bit generous for this item, as I truly wish I had not bought it. But I have to admit that I have used it more frequently than any other piece of cookware in my kitchen since I received it, and it did not explode in the broiler, so I will grudgingly admit that it's doing its job.

As described in the description, I absolutely love this.It is like one I had to finally give up.Because it wore out after forty years. It is great for prime rib, as well as rice, krispie bars.Very versatile.
