Not too bad, how good they look depends on the lighting
They look all right. Not as sparkly as in the advertised photos. The beads are glued on and do not completely fill up the settings. They would probably look better if the beads were a bit bigger or more colorful and not as transparent. If you have the right lighting, they get more “sparkly”, but under standard lighting they just look okay. I have very straight hair so they hold okay, but start sliding down after a while.

Adorable and sturdy
The clips aren't too big and not too small! It holds my hair really well and the design is like what is shows in the picture. The only unfortunate thing was that it arrived and one of the crystals fell off in the bad. Which is find, which I can superglue it back on. But I'm scared the other will fall off after long use! Overall it's really cute and hopefully it stays like that without any crystals falling off.
