I love itttttt. I mean like the earbuds themselves in terms of bass, sound quality, and battery is phenomenal. But even better, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LOVE U PPL <3. Tho it's kinda weird different ppl will help the same person, but it gets the job done.

Good in a pinch. These headphones do go on sale often so it may be better to wait and just buy a brand new pair.
