Gun Clip, Low Profile Slim Concealed Carry Easy Install American Made

Works great on my G 43x with red dot and/or light (I’m using a TLR7 sub). This is the Best option I've found if you run a red dot and light, as this ensures you don’t have a paving brick sized package to conceal like you would with a kydex IWB holster. I don’t wear super baggy clothes, so this is one of the few options available to keep things slim and hidden.The slide backplate replacement (which you screw the clip into) is made of solid metal, which is an improvement over the factory plastic/metal hybrid. The slide cycles with zero malfunctions after many, many rounds varying from 147gr to 115gr. I also like that it comes with two sets of screws/lockers in case you lose one!My only ask/gripe is that they coat the screws in some locking compound and provide some torque specs. The instructions were somewhat lacking in that regard.

Good quality product, it's fairly easy to install, however, you may need an extra hand getting it placed in position, but it's no big deal, the screws and lock washers go together very well, and the clip fits just right against the slide. It carries well in the waistline, and allows for deeper concealment than what other similar products appear to offer. The only thing I don't like is the slight disruption it can cause while racking the slide, but it's not really an issue with the product it's self, because that's the only place it can really be mounted on the G43. It does what it says it will!

This is perfect for me. I'm a woman who carries on a university campus, so my focus is really on total invisibility. That is usually difficult with any kind of holster because even inside the waistband holsters are bulky and show through my clothes. This doesn't. I usually wear jeans without a belt. This is perfect because the gun clips to my waistband and sits low enough inside my waistband that most of the grip of the gun is hidden. Yet it's close enough to the edge that I can easily draw it when I need to. The clip does not hang up on my waistband, so the draw is smooth. I just make sure to wear a camisole or even a tube top pulled down around my hips to keep sweat off the gun. I don't even know it's there!

1. There is no safety issue. 200 rounds put through after install without malfunction or it blowing up in my hand as one reviewer implied may happen. 2. I carry +1 as do thousands of Glock owners and the safe action trigger is tried, tested and true so unless you're carrying something crazy in your pants that you're worrying will snag the trigger I'm pretty sure you'll be ok. 3. It carries as deep or as shallow as you place it. I carry at 1 o'clock with the clip position at the halfway point of my belt and it stays there. I have good retention and it's easily accessible. This is a good product and does exactly what it's intended to. But what do I know, I only instructed small arms for 3 years in the Navy and for 3 now in civi life... I'm not trying to offend anyone but people who truly trust and rely on a firearm as a weapon know that looks are a far 2nd to performance.

The Clipdraw gun clip for the Glock 43 is quite nice. The replacement rear slide cover fits snugly in the rear of the slide, and the clip secures to it firmly. The clip itself is spring steel and strong. Installation is very easy and the clip comes with good directions. You only need to provide a small flat head screwdriver to push back a spring to remove and install the new rear slide cover. The clip attaches with two socket head screws, and the hex wrench is included with the clip.In use, the clip allows you to conceal the pistol almost completely inside the waistband of your pants. I find it to be much more comfortable that the inside the waistband holster I was using before. The only real drawbacks I find is that the clip runs along the slide, covering the serrations on one side. This makes racking the slide a little more difficult, and might be an issue if your hand was wet or slippery. A rough surface on the side of the clip would alleviate this issue. The other issue is that because it conceals the pistol so deeply in your waistband, drawing the gun is slower, which could be a problem in a self defense situation. I do believe that with practice, this could be overcome though. I have read other reviews that have complained about the rear slide cover being shorter than the Glock slide cover. Although it does leave a bit of a gap, it doesn't affect the performance of the firearm and is purely aesthetic. Overall, I find this clip to be a great addition to my Glock 43.

Keeps gun well secure, yet it's easy to withdraw when needed.I have a glock G48x with a red dot and a nightstick laser. I couldn't find a holster that supported my glock with that combination. This clip works with any configuration.I recommend this purchase.

For me, carrying with a clipdraw is not comfortable for extended time periods as the pistols get damp as you sweat.But I really like them well enough that I decided all of the pistols I might just "grab and go" have them installed.I normally carry outside the home and normally carry in a traditional holster when leaving for the day. The reason I installed these on so many of my pistols is because this system is a good back up in the event I just wanna grab a pistol and run to town for a quick trip.They work really well in conjunction with a MIC holster. I've put clipdraw on all of my Glocks and my S&W Bodyguard .380 and use them with MIC holsters as well.

This Clipdraw fits my Glock 43x perfectly. However, at first it did not!Attention: the actual retention clip has two holes that allow two small screws to screw into the two holes in the new backing plate (included in kit). However, these two holes do not align when you replace the backing plate first, so I was unable to screw in the clip. To mitigate this issue I loosely installed the clip to the backing plate prior to installing the new backing plate to the slide. Make sure to lube the surface where the clip will slide in. Then install the backing plate with the clip loosely screwed in. The backing plate should click into place. This works because the clip pulls the backing place closer to it, and reduces the space between the backing plate and slide.Note: the clip is slightly covering the extractor, but it actually does not interfere with the function of the gun. In fact, there is a small gap between the clip and extractor, but cannot be seen in the pics. I hope you enjoy your clip like I am.
