iGuerburn Portable Oxygen Tank Backpack for Small Size M2, A/M4, ML6, B/M6, M7, C/M9 Cylinders

This portable oxygen tank backpack is excellent quality, well made, and way better than the bag I received from the medical supply company. The bag I got from the medical supply company only had 1 strap, so it was really uncomfortable to wear. However, since this backpack has 2 shoulder straps (one for each shoulder) and then 1 strap for across your chest, I'm no longer subjected to shoulder pain and struggle with swapping shoulders with my old. I love how it has 4 hose outlets, 2 pockets to hold small items like extra washers, tubing, etc. My only complaint is that they don't offer it in more colors.

Seems to be good quality of material. Fit tank perfect for our tank. More comfortable then over shoulder pack that came with equipment.

This is a good holder for the tank. From the Velcro inside to the chest strap outside, this doesn’t slide around. Unlike the side sling that I have to support when I walk, when I use this holder it removes that burden.

I have an old iGueburn backpack that I have had for almost 3 years and it still looks like new. I wanted a black one because I like the two zippers and the outstanding quality. I immediately noticed differences from the older one. First and farmost, the thing is too big for my tank. It's at least a couple inches wider when laying flat. My tank kept falling over because the cardboard in the botton is a bit flimsy and kid of sagged. The new one does not have the iGuerburn tag on the front like the old one. The velcrow strap inside that holds the tank inside is very thin and more narrow. It immediately starting fraying so I had to reinforce it with my own velcro

unfortunately, I have had to go on oxygen full-time. Lugging around the tank from place to place is a little bit awkwardand difficult. You have this cord that you have to attach called a cannula and the way it connects to the tank is important — my first holder was always unattached my cannula Also, if you are a diabetic, like I am, you need a place to store some sugar in case your blood sugar drops. The company that provided me with a case for my oxygen tank, gave me an OK one. But this beautiful thing with its numerous pockets and Velcro to hold the tank in place inside the bag has made this carrier an outstanding product. It’s good to look at, it’s practical, and the product stands up well against all sorts of things that one does to a tank. For example, I have a scooter and it fits nicely on the back of the scooter so I do not have to have it in my lap or on the floor by my feet. I really love this product and I think that if you got one — if you have the misfortune of being on oxygen, you would love it too.

Really largely satisfied with the item until the plastic buckle on the shoulder strap broke. They are simply not robust enough to use on a backpack with an oxygen cylinder. I purchased a pack of ten, much heavier buckles for a little over $10 and will be replacing both. UPDATED 1/5/2026 The vendor has reached out and has offered a full refund of this item which I shall accept as a more than fair response.

Fit and comfortable to wear with small oxygen tanks

This is absolutely perfect for my 2L and 2.6L PCP CF Air Tanks. Quality looked decent and I can't yet speak to durability because it just arrived but it fits well and protects the bottles well so that's what I was concerned with at this point.

J'ai acheté ce sac pour transporter une bouteille d'oxygène. Je trouve très pratique qu'il se porte comme un sac à dos, ce qui permet de se libérer les mains. Il est bien conçu, semble assez robuste et plus spacieux que prévu. Une fois la bonbonne d'oxygène à l'intérieur, il reste suffisamment d'espace pour un grand porte-feuille, un étui à lunettes, un parapluie, des clefs. Bref, très pratique!

Perfect for carrying small oxygen cylinder. Adjustable straps and padded for comfort and could also be good just as a small rucksack

I looked for awhile before settling on this backpack and I have to say I chose well. Its got a nice shape, fits well in the small of my wife's back and is a slim design. Red colour is a nice touch. I was worried it wouldn't ventilate enough but it is has several holes that work well for that. It's got a velcro strap that wraps around the tank and secures it. A plastic bottom provides support for the tank and the bottom of the pack has four plastic "nibs" as feet to allow it to stand up, although that depends really on how well you balance the tank We've had it for months and it performs perfectly. Highly recommend.

I love this product. Everything other means of carrying an oxygen tank was cumbersome with the exception of this one. Both hands are free, you can bend over without the tank moving position and it's very comfortable to wear be it summer or winter. Should be standard issue with all M6 tanks :) Highly recommend

This is an excellent product as I had purchased one last year and wanted an additional one. The wrong size was shipped unfortunately and the right size is no longer available. Product was returned for a full refund. Thanks, Paul H NB
