Great zinc formulation. Sometimes zinc taken on an empty stomach will cause nausea, but I have never felt nauseous after taking this. I recommend taking it if one feels like one is developing a cold (i.e., prodromal).

I've tried a number of zinc supplements but they all make me nauseous for at least 30 minutes or so after taking them. I've read that this is a common problem with zinc, so I when I saw a time release version I figured it would be worth a try. I'm very happy to report that I can take this without the sick feeling that usually goes along with zinc. This is a good product and I'll be buying it again in the future!

商品を開封するまえに、翻訳ソフトで英語訳を観ました。 １００ｍｇの１日の摂取がよいのかを色々なサイトで確認をしました。成人では１日あたり４５ｍｇと書かれていました。それなのに１００ｍｇは大丈夫なのかな？と思いました。が、今は足りていない状況なのでしばらくは、毎日、１錠を飲む予定です。 １錠のタブレットはかなり大きくて、のどに詰まりそうなのである程度、歯でくだいてから飲んでいます。の見方についての記載がなかったので、よいかどうかはわかりせんが、どなたか飲み方についてご存じであれば教えていただきたいです。 飲み方等は、ボトルの説明にはないので。
