This is my first self-help/self-love book I am reading, and I must say I am thrilled to have found it!

This book is divine. It is the perfect read for anyone that needs some positivity in their life, is willing to try affirmations, and who needs a self-esteem boost. I would definitely re-read this. I have tabbed all the sections at the end of the chapters to review the exceptional affirmations.

Currently half way through this book and it gets better with every page. She includes affirmations and questions to really get you to think and assess yout life throughout. I would recommend to any woman or young lady to read this. Wish I had it years ago.

This is the best book specifically written for women that I have read in my life. I think every woman should read this!! Incredibly empowering- in a way that affirms the importance of both 'yin' and 'yang' energy in life - and how every human -male or female - requires elements of both the Sacred Masculine and Sacred Feminine energies to be fully balanced (this I believe was a key tenet of the Ancient Egyptians) This book is very honest about the authors own experiences, but also makes many important references to the Sacred Feminine principle throughout history, and how it has been suppressed in both men and women(e.g men who show emotions or sensitivity) , but how both masculine and feminine energies are equally important to life and thankfully, that knowledge, acceptance and reverence for divine feminine is re-emerging. I really believe this book is worth reading- particularly by any woman who suffers from feelings of low self worth, inadequacy or low self confidence. A real game changer! Buy it you would not regret :)
