I was looking for a sturdy case to protect my iPad while traveling that also covered the screen, and the flap design of this case seemed to fit the bill. The other features were ones that I didn't think I'd end up using, but I was wrong... Everything about this case screams quality, starting with the way it was boxed (Apple vibe) and ending with the build quality. There's a rim around the iPad that protect the screen from getting scratched if you put it face down while the flap is open. When you close the flap it fits with that rim, as opposed to sitting on top of it. Combined with the flap magnetically latching onto the screen, it provides a very sturdy enclosure that you can drop into a (laptop) bag without worry. It has a sleeve for the Apple pencil on the back, so you don't have an (empty) pen slot taking up space to the side of your iPad. While I worried a bit about the extra bulge it would create when the pencil was inserted, this didn't end up being a problem. The feature I didn't expect to use was the magnetically locking stand, but it ended up being a pleasant surprise. In the past I've used iPad stands during video conferences, but since switching to this case I've exclusively used its built-in feature prop the iPad up in landscape mode. There are 8 slots that can hold the stand, providing a sufficient range of viewing angles. Because the back of the case is magnetic, the stand reliably locks in place. I've never had it collapse on me. I've used it to watch videos with the case resting on armrests, desks, and airplane tray-tables. I've been exclusively using this case for the past 6 months, and it really feels like a "last one you'll need" type of product. Definitely not the cheapest, but worth every penny.

This is the nicest computer case I I have ever purchased. It’s sturdy and protective. Easy to put my iPad in this cover. Love the magnetic closure and magnetized stand settings. I am able to use my computer while sitting with it in my lap. Worth my money. Great color choices, too. Highly recommend this cover.

I have always liked the “portfolio” type iPad cases, where you can open it like a magazine. This is a solid choice and the best case I have gotten, personally. I have had an ESR case and a Pro Case (in 2021- but they all chipped and shattered, even though my iPad sits on my couch). It was likely the quality of plastic during the supply chain issues, since it was so brittle, but I imagine newer cases are better. This case is what I wanted. It’s not too thin, it adds protection, it adds a really strong magnetic kickstand for different viewing angles and has some cut outs in the back (hidden behind the kick stand) for passive venting of the iPad as it charges… that’s important to not let thermal heat ruin your battery, so this should help. Granted this case is much thicker than slim cases like ESR, it’s what I wanted… I wanted something thicker and better quality so I never need to buy another case again or have another case (from another brand) crack on me again. The fitment is awesome, the microfiber interior cover has been changed to microfiber on the back and a soft dimpled fabric on the front cover interior (to stop picking up debris when you use the stand since you have to fold the cover as a base, so it touches surfaces). Anecdotally, when I had microfiber cases that had microfiber in the front, it picked up all sorts of debris and left faint marks on my cover (that I could wash off), just from the dirty cover on top of the iPad (from letting it touch surfaces when I was choosing a display angle)… so that’s another plus. The fact they don’t use microfiber for the interior cover is a good thing. The fabric in its place will protect just as well as microfiber and stop picking up debris. It has little icons for power and volume imprinted in the case, has a matte finish, and just feels solid. It feels expensive. The magnets are surprising strong. It does add bulk (like an Otterbox case), but this design is just so smooth. It’s better looking than other brands, and from what I understand, this is from a family owned US business, so you do not need to worry about cheap clones. The packaging looks cool too. It’s an unboxing experience sort of like Apple, where everything is clean and precise. It would make a good gift to. Plus the little stretch band for the Apple Pencil is appreciated. It doesn’t attach on the side like some other ZUGU cases, but that would only widen the size of the case so I’m glad I did not get the one that can charge an Apple Pencil while in the case by attaching it to the side. Overall, this is a legit case. It’s quality. It fits well. It looks cool. The magnets are strong. It’s from a real company, and is not a clone of another item. If you like Portfolio style iPad cases, need a kickstand, and want protection, this is the case to get. I spent 2-3 hours searching for cases and landed on this, so use the time I spent finding the best case, to help make your purchasing decision. This is a legit case, and I am very very picky. It is a solid product. If you like this design get it. My iPad feels and looks protected… and honestly, the blacked out case looks amazing. I am not finding any faults yet at all.

This case is magnificent as to how it encapsulates the 13 inch iPad Pro. It may add some heft to the ultra thin tablet, but it doesn’t compromise the functionality of use at all. It was easy to install and a perfect fit. It strongly supports the larger tablet in landscape mode with its adjustable viewing positions. The back even flips up to make it a magnetic tablet that can stick and hold on to metal surfaces. The front cover even has a sleep/wake function for the front screen on the tablet. There’s even a notch on the side that magnetically supports and holds Apple Pencil Pro. This is a wonderful functional case that supports and protects the iPad Pro. It’s definitely worth the investment.

I’m attached to my iPad at least 8-10 hours a day, and I have gone through covers at least yearly. I need a cover to be sturdy, fit perfectly, be lightweight, and adjust position for work and reading quickly and firmly. In addition, I want it to be easy to clean, have sleek lines, and a textured surface that won’t slip out of my hands. This Zugu is clearly designed to meet all my needs without compromise. And it has features (like built in venting to reduce heat buildup) that I hadn’t considered. The materials seem carefully selected for endurance. And it has protected my workhorse of an iPod several times already as it crashed to a hard-surface floor. Which is, of course, the single most important function of an iPad cover. After years of tossing out second-rate covers that got floppy and had weak support structures, I’ve found my go-to supplier! At least as long as insane trade wars allow it.

Mega solidnie zbudowany, bardzo czuć jakość. Ilość kątów do ustawienia bardzo pomaga przy pracy, magnesy bardzo mocno trzymają ustawioną pozycję do tego stopnia że można się nawet na tablecie oprzeć i się nie złoży. Cały sprzęt w etui jest dosyć ciężki, ale zostało ono stworzone do wytrzymywania upadków i solidnego ustawienia w dowolnej pozycji, a nie swobodnego trzymania w rękach, więc nie będę tego podciągać jako wadę Jedyna wada to tak jak pisali inni kupujący, kieszonka jest wszyta na odwrót, ale za takiej jakości sprzęt w tak przystępnej cenie w porównaniu do ich oryginalnej strony to jest to mało znaczące.

Deserve every penny very sturdy and great product and the magnet quiet strong, mine lives on fridge door 😂

I did a lot of research on the case I wanted and I am fussy! I wanted something that would fully protect my iPad, but also let me use it at different angles - my previous one (which was lovely) would “collapse” as there was nothing to securely hold it in place. They do say you get what you pay for and this isn’t cheap, but it shows - it feels lovely and expensive to hold, you can see how protective it is ans the magnets are strong enough that you can lift the iPad up and it doesn’t move. I love the purple colour I decided on (took me a while!) and it matches my new iPhone - happy days. If you are wondering why pay so much for a case, I would recommend this. You won’t feel like you will need to replace it, it’s sturdy and you can sit with your iPad on your lap comfortably (while using the pencil too)
