Outstanding item. No complaints whatsoever. Actually installing it is a different story. Not difficult to do with a few tools like, cat claws for wiring harness clips, to simple jack-stands to get the front end off of the ground for sensor alignment. The margin of error is what's stressful. 5 degrees of error is it! You miss it, you're gonna hit "BUY AGAIN" on your Amazon account, and start all over! Oooo, scarrrddy....Good luck!!

I put this into a 2010 Escape. Without the "Fordware" at my disposal, this product was useless. (It has to go to a dealer) The cost and the time putting it in was wasted. For my specific application the control module NEEDS a trim reset. It needs to know what direction is straight ahead and where the stops are before it will work. None of the freeware apps will perform this function regardless of what you read elsewhere. Trade in your problem vehicle and save yourself the aggravation.

Worked fine hardest part was the snap ring, need ford software to reset thought

cured my problem. not hard to replace if mechanically inclined. have an x- large snap ring pliers and diagnostic tool for procedure.

Came with everything it took to do the job , very time consuming but once your complete you'll be satisfied.

If your not real good at getting it perfect. Forget on trying this.
