Disappointed
I was and still am disappointed in this product :-( sometimes it’s best to stick with a brand name even if it’s more money- it works and that’s about it

Didn't work properly after first use
Received this on a Sunday, tested it that afternoon and it seemed to work fine. Went to use it Monday morning and it wouldn't turn on until I turned the pressure up to 8 or 9. I tried several more times and it still wasn't working properly. I'm not chancing getting another unit. I'll be shopping for another replacement.

I always used Waterpik but they are expensive now, so I choose this name brand. Great product , attractive in my bathroom and does a great job for the price. I recommended highly.

Very easy to use but be careful to put the glosser/brush in your mouth before you turn it on or prepare for a little mess.

I bought this for the brush flosser combo. The brush turns on its own. You can’t keep it still to brush. I will buy a better brand.
