Compatible With Apple iPhone 4 4G Black Silicone Rubber Soft Case

Got this and realized immediately that the case was misrepresented as a "Black Silicone Rubber Soft Case". Not at all. It was a hard plastic case with a synthetic rubberized coating that had somehow decayed and was tar-like and sticky all over. I was expecting a soft silicone rubber case and got nothing of the sort. I don't know who made this piece of crap but it arrived in generic packaging with no manufacturer info and to think the seller is so clueless about what they're selling is really pathetic.

This cover is ok for the price but I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised with a bit more quality (foolish, perhaps). The rubber is soft and grippy as I had hoped but that softness sacrifices sturdiness. The sides on the face of the phone pull away easy but the weakest portion I see is the bottom of the case, along the home button - - it could rip at any time. The cutouts are decent except for the mute switch, which is cut too low and not cut out very clean (jagged edges). It was only $2 so how much can be expected? Hope this helps.

i ordered this phone cover as a temporary solution until i can find a better one. i'm glad-- although it's super inexpensive, and seems to do okay protecting my phone, it's very cheaply made. it is too loose for the phone, and as a result, the this rubber on the sides bulges out. it also slips off fairly easily when talking...other than that, it's pretty okay. doesn't obstruct any of the ports/speakers, including the charging port. the side buttons and back camera are all accessible.i would not recommend this as a permanent solution, as i doubt it would hold up for more than a couple of months, but it's a great temporary case.

Got this cover for my husband and he likes it a lot. All the button openings and such are lined up with the iPhone 4. I'm not sure how long it'll last, especially with how hard he is on phones, but it was only a couple bucks, so getting 6 months out of it will be fine. I don't think it will rip or anything, but it's really soft, so it could lose its shape, especially if you take it off and put it back on the phone often. We'll see.So far we are both really happy with it though. It's worth the 2-3 dollars.

The shipping took a looong time over a month but finally got it today....I got this for my sons phone so his phone wouldnt be so slippery and dropping to the floor. this helps a little but not like I hoped.. It is a good price so I cant complain too much.. not sure how long it will last though the bottom part looks like it may tear easy... only time will tell.. This is a good case and fits the phone. However, the sensor for the brightness is covered by the case so the brightness can't auto dim when it is dark. So what I would have to do is lift the case so it can know if it is bright or dark. Since I've been doing that, the case stretched out just a little at the top but it still fits. The cut out for the headphone is perfect but the cut out for the silent switch is a little off. I don't mind it because I can still move the switch without having to remove the case.

This is so inexpensive to the point where it should have been obvious to me that it was not at all worth it. It's really just a piece of junk. It's not clean-cut from whatever mold it was removed from, and it's so flimsy and misshapen. Crumbs and hair and all those little pesky things stick to it, and it doesn't even surround the buttons and other functions well. I seriously would not recommend it at all. The picture is misleading.

While I ordered the case for a specific iphone, it arrived and was a bit too large. It just doesn't fit snug so when I put it in my pocket, it comes off. Definitely problematic. Haven't decided on a solution yet.
