No sound even after blue tooth connected with the device. Checked with the buttons incl volume up and down and pause etc.Request suggest how to get repaired. Regards

Malfunctioning of product
Color changing device is not working. No system to switch off the lamp and listen to music. Lamp Battery life too low. Lasts only 30 mts.
