LY2204001 Paper Rear Guide Genuine

Perfect replacement for the original, which had the paper retention "ears" break off. I don't know what I did to break them, but they are frail. The replacement is the same way, but doesn't cost much and is easy to order. I'm glad I can buy replacement parts for my Brother printer so easily. In the distant past I would have had to take my printer to a service center and they would have charged a bundle to replace this small plastic part. Unfortunately, there were no instructions included, so I had to figure out how to slide this paper stop into the paper tray grooves. Not obvious.

The guide on my brother mfc 9560 broke. Though the ly2204001 isn't listed for this printer, it will work. It is smaller, but fits the channels in the paper try just fine. The copier works again.

I thought I was going to have to replace my whole paper tray and this inexpensive little part fixed it (I learned how to remove and replace the part on YouTube).

Me purchasing this part saved me from having to buy a new printer. I was able to replace it in printer tray that allow paper tray to line up and print.
