I'm not sure why I didn't buy this sooner. My mom-n-law travels back and forth west to east coast to visit and help us with our kids. I bought this for her as a thank you gift. I asked her, "how was the pillow?" and she said "it's really nice, very comfortable." I tried the pillow to see if was good. It's very comfortable, soft and conforming. This is not a stiff pillow. It also has a button so you can clip it around your neck or luggage.
