Reliable, High Quality Tool!
Excellent crimper! I had a generic crimper that half the time would give me a bad crimp. This one does a great job. Tried it on 2 terminals, red and blue and they look great.

Great crimper
Great product! Color coded and easy to use. I like the total crimp before release designed. This way the termination is totally crimped.

It’s a great crimper for most terminals
Klein makes good stuff. This crimper works excellent on most (but not all) crimped terminals. Did not have good results with heat shrink ring end terminals. Butt connectors it works just fine, and on all non heat shrink terminals. Good positive ratcheting action, solid crimps. Recommend.

Klein, but made in China
Dang! It’s made in China! Oh well, it’s very hefty and seems well made. I haven’t used it yet but I can’t see anything wrong with it.

Won’t crimp your style!
This is awesome! I have a manual one and it works great but it is awkward at times. I bought a harbor freight one and it just didn’t have the bite for a secure crimp. This one does. It take a lot of force to get a full crimp. A lot of people say it doesn’t auto release, but that’s because they haven’t squeezed hard enough. Remember that scene where Superman squeezed a lump of coal into a diamond??? No, we’ll you’re too young and probably weak. For those of us that do, it takes about 10% less grip strength to fully compress these one handed. If you can’t do it, I’d recommend just adjusting the crimped one stop down so it should be easier. I tested one stop down and it worked fine and still made a strong crimp, 2 stops down and the crimp could come loose from my limited testing. Also maybe scribe a notch on the adjuster and handle so you can reference where you started, but as mine were shipped, one adjustment down worked fine. I mean I could easily work with these adjusted 100% past the max setting but for normal Humans the stock setting or one down should work fine.I also found they used some sort of kryptonite based lubricant which seemed to flare up my tennis elbow but probably shouldn’t be much of an issue for you mere mortals. Again, great crimpers. I usually use my eye lasers to solder wires, but in certain circumstances these crimpers just work better. And let’s be honest. 99.9% of you reading this probably don’t have eye lasers or if you do, can only solder up to 20 gauge wires with your eye lasers, so just keep that in mind. Again great crimpers!-Clark K

Works great
Perfect. I was using some crappy one before, this things great. Wide pinches and the ratcheting is amazing for holding the connector in place before crimping.
