Go for fresh instead...
I got these when Amazon was out of fresh mushrooms. The mushrooms come in thick slices and have that salty "canned" flavor to them. I always prefer fresh but if you are someone who does not like having to cut them yourself, then this would be a good alternative. Other than that scenario I wouldn't suggest them as fresh is better and they already have a flavor which you might not like for your dish.

Dependable product
Have been purchasing these for years; I just dump the entire can into the pot with spaghetti when it's about 2 minutes until fully cooked. Works out perfectly.
