Things work perfect around my TV. I absolutely love it. I’ve had mine for a year now and haven’t had any problems with it. I would definitely buy this again if I needed to and recommend.

This is actually my 3rd set! The first set lasted about 2 years before they finally stopped working, so I ordered 2 sets this time around so I could have LED’s in both my living room and bedroom! The original set came off super easy so replacing them wasn’t a problem! When it comes to the corners, I loop the wire for better placement! Make the loop and measure how long you need the lights before sticking them to the tv!

I've been wanting these for a while. The price wasn't bad. It was a breeze to install honestly. I love the automatic setting. It's just what I wanted. It makes watching TV just fun.

This product installed easily, colors are bright, remote is meh, but... From my experience, make sure you are able to reach the USB connector where you plug it into an adapter. 1st, if you have a TV that supports 1amp USB out, this works fine except when you turn off the TV for any length of time, when you turn back on the TV the colors reset to default so you constantly have to change to the color you want. 2nd, if you plug into a USB power brick and have power to the device 24/7 there is a slight problem. When you turn off the device at night, then attempt to turn in back on the next day with the button on the device, the remote or a Bluetooth phone, the device will not turn on the LEDs. However, the device does appear to be connecting via Bluetooth phone as my phone says it's connected; however, when I change the color of the LEDs for example, the light are not on and no apparent color changes. But, if I go unplug the device and plug it right back in, the LEDs light up with the last color attempted to change on the phone. Overall, make sure you have easy access to the USB plug so that you can reset the device daily.

It took me 10 minutes to put it together and it's really pretty. I'm so happy I purchased it and I have a 65 inch tv and the size was PERFECT. It wasn't too long or too short. My tv isn't on the wall because it's cornered so I wasn't sure if the led lights would look nice but I kind of like it so if you're tv isn't on the wall, you can still get the effect you're looking for at a very reasonable price. UPDATE! I reordered it again, and I received a totally different brand and it's not as bright as the first one I purchased. I'm so UPSET because the price actually went up and this is NOT the same LED STRIP. This new one they sent me is much cheaper looking and it's horrible. I wouldn't recommend it. Even the mode is different. It only has 2 functions unlike the other one. I don't even understand why they would send this, knowing it's nothing like the other one they sold.

UPDATE: DO NOT BUY!! I originally bought this set in June of 2021 and they were great. Very bright and you used the "Happy Lighting" app to change colors, settings, etc. I moved the TV that those were on to the garage when I got a new TV for the living room. Since the last ones were so great, I decided to get these again for the new TV. These are not the same. First, the LED strips went from white to black (a good thing considering they blend with the color of the TV). After installing them the instructions said to download the "Illumi" app to control them. I thought that was strange considering they were the same as the ones I bought last year and used a different app. I just went in my Amazon history and hit buy again, so I knew I was getting the same set. The worst part is that these aren't nearly as bright as my previous set. They are maybe 1/3 the brightness. The remote has several color option buttons. Choosing red comes up yellow. It has buttons to individually increase or decrease the amount of red/blue/green. These buttons do nothing. The next morning after downloading the "Illumi" app, my phone alerted me that a Solitaire app had been installed. I didn't download it, so I uninstalled it. As soon as I did that my phone alerted me that another game (Blocks) had been installed. I didn't install that one either. The only thing that changed was installing the "Illumi" app. After uninstalling it, things stopped being downloaded to my phone. I am returning these. They are terrible in every way. I had a different brand for another TV and they would change colors when I pressed the "OK" button on the TV remote. I had to get the remote for the lights and constantly change them back. These lights don't have that issue. They are very bright and you can use the app to change settings (colors, flash to music, etc.). I tested these with the remote before installing them and the remote worked great. However, after installing them on the TV and placing the sensor for the remote to where it is visible, the remote no longer works. Our couch is about 17' from the TV, so I assumed it was a distance issue. I then kept trying to change the color using the remote while walking closer to the TV. It still did not work. I even placed the remote directly on the sensor pointed at it and it still dosen't work. (I tested the battery using my phone's camera and it does work). I don't know if it is interference from the TV or what. Not a huge issue, I just make any changes with the app, but it would be nice to be able to use the remote. The app is great. It offers you an unlimited amount of colors to choose from and you can adjust the fading frequency (faster or slower) as well.

These lights look spectacular in my living room; very good quality—I recommend them 100%.
