I bought the 7.5 ft on sale. Was delivered quickly. Packed well and unpacked easily enough. Everything was labeled according to instructions and instructions were very helpful. The fluffing took a while (they set those expectations pretty well) but wasn't hard if you use the directions as a guide. Seems like it will come down just as simply. I don't know what one of those real expensive ones looks like but this looks real enough for me. Lights are pretty, evenly spread, and amazing colors. They are just on and off no blinking or anything which is not a biggie for me. The only thing is I'm afraid when I decorate the tree the lights are too bright and will hide some of the ornaments in the light. If that's my only issue I'm a happy camper. I looked at a lot of options and was scared to pull the trigger but am so glad I got this one. I haven't had to deal with customer service but with the documentation and professionalism of this transaction I feel like they may actually care about the customer. Would buy again.

We got this in a pinch because our other trees broke due to water damage and it was a great purchase. It’s not the most perfect tree but honestly for the price? It’s better than I expected. At first I was nervous about the look when I got it out of the box, but you’ve really just to be persistent in the fluffing, then it looks pretty full. Even better with ornaments on. The lighting options are limited but the lights are pretty bright.

Purchased the 4.5ft tree. The assembly instructions make no sense. Luckily, I'm of near average intelligence and was able to figure it out. Mine came w/ section C (the lower base) and section A (the top). These 2 parts are a bit awkward together as section A is not as "full" or fluffy after fluffing. However, after hanging ornaments and decorations, you really can't tell. It DOES look fine. The stand feels sturdy for the 4.5ft tree but I'd be concerned for anything taller than that. (Unless the taller trees get a different stand.) The 3 screws hold tree pole to the base well. The feet have rubber stoppers to prevent sliding around if you set your tree on a table as I do or something of that nature instead of directly on the floor. The arms do not bend down, they are a hinge or pin-in-the-hole style arm. Think of a pin you put in a weight machine at the gym. Therefore, I feel confident the arms will not wear out fast eventually breaking off over time. The lights are pretty secure. The length between each light seems a bit short and pulls the branches limiting the fluffing or placement of some. Takes a little creativity to decorate. The upper part of section C seems to have less lights then the lower half and leave a few bare/dark areas. When Christmas comes around, I'm sure I can fill in w/ the other lights I add so it's not a deal breaker for me. (I leave the tree out and decorate all year long for each holiday/season dog themed). Anyway, overall, I'd say this is a good purchase and you will enjoy it! Oh, the 4.5ft tree is a smaller diameter b/c it's basically the middle section(s) of a larger tree. Keep that in mind as your garland will go farther.

A nice tree for the price. It takes time to bend the branches just right, but once you’ve done that and decorate, looks beautiful! The lights have three settings and the twinkle setting is my favorite. The tree has a step on/off switch, which is convenient. The lights are the yellowish white, not the super bright white, so it’s easier on the eyes. Led lights seem like they’ll last, but time will tell. Seems like a sturdy base and the pieces fit together tightly so the tree is nice and straight. Quick to put up. I bought the 6’ dark green.

The tree in the product images is not the same tree you will get in person, no matter how much time you spend fluffing the branches. It would be absolutely impossible to get your tree looking like the product images even if you spent a week meticulously placing each and every branch. The images make it look like the branches go to the floor, which they don't. Also, there are significantly more branches in the product images that look like they were edited in to the pictures, in my opinion after receiving the tree. The tree I received is a darker shade of green with branch needles that aren't as full as the product images, too. The tree also has a really weird density problem, the top section is super dense but the two lower sections are very sparse and it looks really weird. Also, the tree has a slight lean even when you tighten each section. The lights are also harsh to look at, with each light having a halo glare around them which is not at all pleasant. I also think 250 lights are not enough for a 6' tree. But luckily they are not zip-tied so you could take all the lights off of you so choose. I can also see why so many people have issues with the lights going out after one season because the light cord is the most flimsy wire and the connection to the foot pedal already looks worn. Additionally the twinkle pattern can be really weird if two lights close to each other are on opposite patterns creating a railroad crossing effect. I know artificial trees can be hard to gauge online, and they require effort to make them look full, but even the fluffing guide that's included doesn't match up to the actual tree. The guide assumes you have significantly more branch tips than are on the tree branches. There is absolutely no way I could get the tree I received looking like any of the pictures in this listing. With all of that, I would not recommend this tree because I feel like the product page was very misleading at the time of writing this review.

loved this tree so much! it is exactly how it looks! the lights make me happy and so i turn them on everday stil. there are three settings, very easy to work and super easy to set up. its made well and honestly is one of my all time favorite purchases! arrived the next day, well packed and took 5 min to assemble. i think i'll keep it up all year. Why not who cares, ibrightens my home!!!!

For the price I would have expected the tree to be a little fuller. I followed the instructions and fluffed for almost an hour and I randomly went back to keep trying to make it fuller. All in all, it was a perfect first time on my own tree but you will be able to see straight through it, so please keep that in mind. It was not messy at all, and it was easy to assemble. The lights were in my opinion perfectly bright enough for the tree and they worked great. It should be a little cheaper in my opinion, just based on the quality, but I am not disappointed in the purchase. I am going to move this to my bedroom and use a better-quality tree for my main living room tree next year.

We ordered the 9 ft tree and we are so happy with it! The incandescent lights are insanely dreamy and nostalgic – it gives that soft, cozy glow that feels like childhood Christmas movies. The quality of the tree for the price is top notch. You’d easily spend 2–3x more on something comparable at a big box store. The only “con” (if you can even call it that) is the fluffing process. It definitely takes some time with the 9 ft version, but it’s not hard. I just turned on an audiobook, fluffed away, and before I knew it, I was stepping back to admire a truly gorgeous tree. Totally worth the effort. First photo: straight out of the box, just assembled. Second photo: fully fluffed and looking like a high-end designer tree. 🎄✨
