Lazy Lime Finest Lime Juice 1 Litre

I was making cocktails for a family party and didn’t want to be squeezing 100 limes for what can often be little juice . This bottle of lime juice was the perfect solution. It has a real zesty lime taste and was good of a quality, I really couldn’t tell the difference between freshly squeezed or the bottle especially after the third cocktail was consumed! I didn’t get through the whole bottle and just kept the rest in the fridge and used in various cookery dishes as required. It’s a great product and one I would recommend.

I usually use PLJ Lime but recently it's become very hard to source, and when I have found it, it's been very expensive. I actually found this Lazy Lime while searching Amazon for PLJ, and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. I use it to make cocktails, salad dressings, lime & soda, and in Southeast Asian cooking, and it's great. I made up a lime & soda with the last of my PLJ, and one with Lazy Lime in order to do a taste comparison, and I have to admit that I am a complete convert. So much so, that unless I need some zest or wedges, I now don't even bother buying fresh limes any more!

Bought for cocktails - not as good as freshly squeezed but I wouldn't expect it to be. Cocktails still tasted good.

If, like me you love a fizzy drink but can’t quite afford the named brands then you’ll absolutely love this added to some carbonated water. It’s fabulous value for money because honestly just a few mls in the bottom of a pint glass is way way more than enough. Feels really premium and not at all “chemical like”. 10/10.

As the favourite family drink throughout Spring & Summer, I make gallons of Margarita. Favourite recipe uses Costco ready made Margarita at 15% strength. I then add extra lime juice to sharpen it to suit our taste and a little more Tequila to bring it up to 20%. Sometimes make from scratch or use Funkin, which needs lots of limes squeezing to make it tart enough. As I now have arthritis in hands, that is not good. This juice is a saviour. All our friends, many of who have lived in or visited the USA, rate my mix as the best ever Margarita. What more can I say.

This is a great addition to our cupboard. Juicy and tastes very nice. I am off booze for liver problems, so love this as I add it to tonic with ice and some of this and its a great drink. I put this in a small bottle so I can add it to drinks in the pub!

I don’t know about you, but I hate squeezing limes. Which is funny because I love using lime in cocktails, and hosting cocktail parties - so I always need a fair amount of lime juice. So this is great for those occasions! Sure it’s not as nice as freshly squeezed juice, but it never will be. It is still surprisingly good though - albeit maybe a little more aggressive than fresh lime, so hold back a bit. Can’t fault it when you’re feeling a bit lazy. It’s an amazing alternative.
