Don't solder your own resistors, get a good deal for a lot of leds.
The package included 51 leds. All of them worked. Nice, bright illumination at 12 volts. Just the wire ends are tinned, so if you are stripping off more insulation, cut the tinned end off first to keep from pulling the wire strands apart. Not a problem, just something to be aware of.

Decent LEDs, wires could be sturdier
I bought these hoping to save time. The LEDs are great. No problem with those. The wires they used are so incredibly thin that I personally would not include them in my builds. I ended up stripping the LEDs off of the cheesy wires and re-wiring them myself with mil-spec, copper wire (which is much, much more durable). This, obviously, ended up costing me more time than if I had just done it myself in the first place.
