Can the fast dissolve 5mg be split in half?

The tablets are not scored and have a slight shiny coating, so even with a pill splitter the tablet might slip and thus break unevenly. I guess you could try that and just find a piece that looks like half. If you're concerned about dosage, the 5mg is common; I have melatonin gummies that are also 5mg, but the instructions say to take two (10mg total).
