So glad we took the insurance on our 12,000 BTU Della air conditioner. The condenser stopped working after 2 years. The Asurion tech couldn't repair it so they gave us full credit for a new one. Very satisfied.

Good Outcome but no follow-up!
I am really happy for the end result but after I initially contacted them I was told that I will be called back. They never called me back! I called them back and resolve the issue. THe final result was satisfactory but there was no follow-up!

You backed it UP!
I purchased my Singer Sewing machine during COVID 2021. Being a newbe sewing, I was intimated by the sheer machine itself. Well, I finally took it out of the box and low and behold, the auto threader was broken. I remebered that I also purchased the Asurion Insurance. I contacted them, and they sent me a prepaid sticker to repair it. Not repairable, sent me a gift card for the entire amount of the machine. IT TOOK 4 DAYS only for the total turnaround!! The insurnace is totally AWESOME!
