Easy to install and the fit is really good. Fixed the grounding problem that I was having on my travel trailer.

I know one can easily purchase a new cable, but the cable we have, only had 1 prong a bit “toasty”, and melted a bit. If you are unaware of the issue that causes this, this is caused by a poor connection. The pedestal connector was too loose, thus can allow it to arc when using the microwave, or A/C. I cut off the bad connector, stripped the wire, and hooked up the new connector. It’s color coded, so it’s easy to connect it. It is rock solid, and well made. It crimps the cable so it won’t put stress on the connectors. It was a great decision to purchase this.

Usual first rate CAMCO quality. This one gives enough grip for me to get it out of a tight plug, but there is another version with a larger handle.

I docked this plug one star for one reason only. My Dutchment Pop Up camper has a 4" hole with plate cover (standard on pop up campers) and this "mini" plug will not fit in the hole and allow the door to close like some state. It MAY work for a travel trailer, 5th wheel, etc, but did not work with my pop up. I had to use a jig saw and cut off the handle, and guess what, the plug still did not fit fully in the hole to allow the door to close. Other than that, wiring was simple, the plug feels tight and is definitely easy to see! Other than that, another positive was the support bar that is located at the bottom of the plug on the inside. It is designed to hold the cable in place....and works great!

Seems to be well-made and we are glad we got the smaller plug with handle pull. Larger plugs may not fit into your containment well for storing and also cause the Power tester/surge protection cover to not close completely. This plug fits well into our locker and the surge protector weather cover closes almost completely. Highly recommend.

Fairly simple to install and it fits in the storage port of my Jayco Travel Trailer

It does indeed fit through the 3" access hole for RVs. It's small and still has a handle. Yea me. On each post there is a plate that gets screwed down onto the wire making the connection. This "Camco Power Grip Camper/RV Mini Replacement Plug B007HFT034" has a bend in the plates that when screwed down, fit's the wire, a rounded indent if you will. My cord wires are stranded and when the clip is screwed down all the way, the wire is very tight, you can't pull it out.

Fits in the side of the camper with the little access cover closed, which is why I chose this particular one. Install was straight forward with clear instructions included. Just strip the wires to the length as described and you're in business. Worst part was the mosquitoes while changing this over, so can't complain about the product. Should have installed a replacement years ago!

This product was exactly as described. Very easy to install. The instructions and measurements for cutting the old wires was easy to follow. Very solid build. Saved me money from replacing the complete cable.

Would have preferred the full size plug, but my trailer will only fit the mini. This works fine.Previous plug literally blew apart in a lightning strike (as well as the male end on the extension. Both cables checked and repaired. ( the trailer electronics and truck took longer to fix! Would buy this plug again if only room for mini plug, otherwise I’d buy the full size version.

This is a first class, top shelf product. Ingeniously designed, sturdy, compact and well built. Easy to install. The fact that it fits inside your camper's cable hatch puts it in a league above any plug you can buy at the local hardware store.

Works well, easy to install. The handle causes the thickness of the plug to larger than stock plug. I camp seasonally and connect to an electrical box. The box cover won't close fully like it did with stock plug. Doesn't affect performance, just something to be aware of.
