I own a PT practice and we order these ALL the time! Great product at a great price. Love all the resistances and I use them at home for myself too!

I can’t say much about durability because I haven’t used them long enough yet, but this weight is VERY strong. I was trying to recreate the hip abduction machine at home, which I usually do 150 - 190 lbs on. So I tried with 3 of these bands at once and I was amazed by how little movement I got lol. Its not that they aren’t stretchy. They definitely are. But it was WAY stronger than I anticipated from a band, which is great! Easy to use and definitely a great price for this many bands.

These bands are more impressive than I thought. There are a lot of exercises you can do with these bands. Also they hold up quite well! Great buy!

Work okay. They tend to twist and roll up while using them around calves, but they do provide enough tension for a good workout!! Wish they were a little thicker and wider to avoid rolling up!!

They should offer the straight elongated bands as well, not just the loops
