How long will a battery typically last - not run time but months ? Mine has just stopped working and its about 18 months old.

The original battery that came with my n79 debot lasted 16 months. Blue light started flashing and only lasted half an hour. Mine runs every 2 to 3 days covering 1200 square ft. Half carpet half hard surface. I have 1 dog., no kids. I bought this battery 3 months ago and runs an hour before heading to the docking station as the original battery did when it was new. Hope this helps.

Why does my deebot beep when it is on the charging station after charging for a few minutes and the light turns red? Do I need to replace the battery?

I would clean the vacuum first (there are tons of instructions online), and if beeping still continues replace the battery. That is what happened to my vacuum. Good luck.
