This is a magical book full of possibilities. Bright, engaging pictures, step-by-step directions, and space to try them out within the workbook. I bought this for teenage grandkids and then one for myself. Great intro and more than basic ZENTANGLE!

Great book for learning Zentangle. Packed with lots of images. Wonderful purchase. Refer to the book all the time.

This is a nice workbook for Zentangle beginners. It includes pattern guides as well as space for practice. I found that video lessons work better for me, though. I'm sure it's a personal preference depending on what type of learner you are. As far as workbooks go, this is nice quality paper and provides good starting point for those who are new to Zentangling.

I'm so excited to have this book. I've been doodling for awhile with some success but little confidence. This book is the basics and I'm thrilled to start to learn more.

It’s ok. Not sure worth the money but it’s a time killer and get some ideas from it.

This is a really good book for beginners. It is very simple and it introduces you to some designs. I watch YouTube videos before I bought this book. I think you will get more out of it if you do the same. The book does not go in depth like many of the videos I have watched. I also will add that this is so much more inexpensive than taking a class from a certified (yes, they certify the instructors). The book is written by a certified instructor so you are learning the technique. It is a philosophy as well so if you want to get more into that, a class will help. But if you just like to relax and draw, this is a good place to start.

I love this workbook! I’m having so much fun with my first explorations of Zentangles, and this book is exactly what I wanted. (For background, I’m a woman in her early 60’s who doesn’t consider herself much of an artist.) My only complaint is that the organization is a little strange - explaining how to make different patterns in different places - some with the space right there to give it a try and some with the blank “tiles” elsewhere in the book.

Book is nicely done for beginners doing the art of Zentangle. Easy to follow.

Yo buscaba algo que me ayudara a garigolear pero con sentido. No soy muy buena dibujando y me fallan mucho las composiciones. Con las instrucciones que trae cada tarjeta me fue posible ir haciendo cada vez mejor ciertos diseños hasta que pude unirlos y crear mandalas personales agradables a mi vista. Las tarjetas traen en la parte posterior instrucciones a seguir sobre el orden para colocar las lineas para obtener determinado diseño. Eso era muy necesario para mi y son lo suficientemente claras y fáciles de seguir como para que yo, que no dibujo nada, pudiera conseguir los diseños mostrados al frente. Estoy muy divertida practicando los diferentes diseños.

I am happy with the amount of patterns in this book. It's a good resource for when you can't decide what Zentangles to draw. I take the images in the back cover and close my eyes to pick. Whatever my finger lands on is what I draw when I can't decide

J'étais en manque d'inspiration et voilà que je découvre ce livre. Manuel pratique et explications claires. Ouf, j'ai à nouveau des idées
