Good for Most Purposes
Not as think or rich as the balsamic vinegar I usually use. However, it has a nice flavor, it’s a reasonable price, and works fine in all my recipes. The fact that it’s organic is another thing in its favor. I would buy it again.

Great Tastes, A Little Goes A long Way
I use the Colavita Balsamic Vinegar regularly on my raw salads and also when I prepare my vegetables and greens in a water wok or water sauté. It has the best flavor of all the different balsamic vinegars I have ever tasted.
