Biolage Hydra Source Deep Treatment Mask – For Dry Hair

First let me say, that my husband and I have 8 daughters and 2 sons. No three kids have the exact same hair. Ages range from 38 -18 as of today. With that said, we could not afford this when we had 5 children under the age of 18. The top of the market was good, Mane and Tail is hands down the best, and this will cost you a lot more. However, if you buy the complete set for hair repair after roughly 3 months you will notice not only your wallet is thinner, but your hair is fuller, naturally shiny, a bit more resilient to hot iron abuse as well. The girls really love the smell as well, as it is not an overly heavy scent, but if a breeze passes through your hair, a light scent is released to give the sign that you do bathe. PRO: * The product does actually work. * If you are pressed for time, wetting the hair and a quarter sized dollop (shoulder length or longer), will detangle the bed-head nightmare. * This does moisturize your hair, but again, this is going to take time and dedication for your results of amazing hair. * I have noticed that after using this for the past 5 years, the twins have amazingly soft hair. * You get what you pay for. CONS: * You get what you pay for, ($18-$23) is a lot of money for just one item of the hair care routine. * The repair is not over night, if your damage is due to constant hair drying, hot iron abuse, or both. * The best results are going to take weeks. * This is not a leave in hair mask, rinse it out or you’re just wasting your money and probably like one of my daughters (further damaging your hair). * If your hair damaged is from dying your hair or even bleaching/stripping it this is NOT going to work at all. Overall, the girls (3 youngest) and I love Biolage products. If you’re in the market for a renewal of your hair for a weekly boost to combat the gunk and stress of being out and about, you will be very happy with this product. But, you can get the same results without the scent, cost, or the time required by using Mane and Tail. If I’m wanting to indulge in a bath, I do use the Biolage as a way to destress my hair also.

Love this conditioner!!! Leaves hair so soft. Smells amazing too! I use it a few times a week on my mixed son who has spiral curly hair. Helps keep it hydrated. I prefer to buy the small packs over the little tub. The packs seem to last longer because you are dispensing a precise amount verses scooping by hand out of the tub.

Hair is soft and manageable. Would recommend.

First this deep conditioner smells amazing, exactly the same scent as all their other shampoos and conditioners. I was surprised at how well this product worked, my hair was shiny but not greasy. I let this sit in my hair for about 45 minutes to 1 hr then I rinse with cold water. Every winter I will be repurchasing this as it was a huge game changer.

I use this weekly and can’t live without it because my hair is so dry and tangles so easily. After shampooing twice, I put it on the lengths of my hair and leave it on for five minutes. It’s worth every penny! My hair is shiny, soft and has fewer tangles.

This hair mask is amazing! I love this Deep Treatment Mask! My hair feels so soft, smooth, and hydrated after every use. It revives dry ends without weighing my hair down, and the scent is clean and fresh. A little goes a long way, so it lasts quite a while as well! It's definitely a new staple in my routine!

I washed my hair and towel dried then applied this generously packing it on and really working it into every strand root to ends with my hands then gently combed it in from the ends up to the roots . It smells divine ,it's light yet gets really deep into the hair shaft. My ends are dead with not being able to get it cut in lock down & I don't use a hair-dryer ever! I left it on all day ,put it in a plait and slept with it in . My hairs so smooth and soft. And my hairs dry ,most leave in treatments don't dry on my hair it stays damp all day and night. Its very expensive for the amount you get . My hairs just over shoulder length and I used nearly all of it. Im going to apply what's left to my ends after shampooing and use it as a leave in conditioner as it dries so well and is weightless. Ill definatelt buy once a month when I can afford too.
