Is this ok for gerbils

Sorry, I don't have experience of gerbils but if you can feed normal hay to gerbils then this will be even tastier.

Is this only the 2nd cut? Or a blend of different cuttings?

Hiya can you please tell me ruffly how long a 12lb box would stay fresh?? I’ve got 4 happy munching Guinea Pigs who love this hay!!

You can store this hay for up to a year, quite easily as its fully dried out. Just ensure to keep the hay stored somewhere that is dry, away from damp environments. As you have 4 guinea pigs, 12lb of hay will only last you about 4-6 weeks if they are anything like our guinea pigs. We keep our hay inside, along with our guinea pigs to avoid it becoming damp.
