This is my updated review after using this device for 2 weeks. I was so excited about this device at first, but it stopped charging my phone after a few days, also the connection is constantly loosing now. Unfortunately, I will return it and start looking for better quality.

I bought this because it did everything that I wanted (clock, radio, bluetooth speaker). Unfortunately it does none of these things well.The FM tuner works fine, but it auto-sets all stations and the controls are very difficult to navigate, so it is not easy to switch in between stations.The clock is military time and there is no option to change it (really?!). The device also turns off automatically if I'm not listening to the radio or something through bluetooth. When the device turns off, so does the clock...(again, really?!)The sound quality was ok at first but I'm starting to hear some crackling and I've only had it for a month.Would not recommend buying this.

Hard to configure, trying figure out how to reset the time was a CHORE. Unit stopped charging wireless phone after about 4 weeks. Does hold time (24 hour clock only) and will run off battery for a few hours. Bluetooth feature works, audio is scratchy. Sound quality is good for such a small unit. With BT, you can use it as a conf-call speaker phone. Wish there was an online manual for it.Press + Hold M button to change clock, set alarm. use + & - buttons to configure.Press M button to change mode Bluetooth or FM TunerPress + Hold Phone button (top button) to setup BluetoothPress + release Phone Button (top button) to MutePress + hold power button 5 secs (power off/on)

The one job this can do well: bedside clock phone charger, alarm if youre using your phone and the bluetooth.I bought this to be #1 a radio, #2 a phone charger, and #3 bluetooth speaker. Totally fails as a radio, it auto scans stations, not picking up most the local stations and programs a bunch of dead stations that are just static. Speaker quality is pretty meh, and the voiceover that announces settings is obnoxious bordering on unintelligible both in volume, accent, and iritatingly cannot be turned off.The alarm feature isnt programable beyond setting a single alarm, so not super good for that either.

This clock's speakers are Excellent!!! They sound better than a lot of bluetooth speakers. You can also pair it with another speaker to play in stereo. It has a very nice feel to it. I love the way it has the ability to play music through your phone as well as a standalone by playing music with a micro sd card. DEFINITLEY 5 stars!!!Update: March 17, 2021:. The 24hr clock I can definitely do without. I never use radio, just Bluetooth and music from sd card. I played it at highest volume for over 6 hrs. Charging is as advertised, 1 amp: one should expect slow wireless charging. As far as speakers and sound quality, definitely louder and more bass than all of the Bluetooth speakers of similar size that I have tested.

I really wanted to like this charger but there were a few things that made me return it. 1. The clock didn’t have a dimmer. I hate any light in my room when I’m sleeping and I couldn’t turn it off. 2. There was no way to turn off military time. It isn’t like I can’t read military time, but I don’t want to have to think about it when I glance at the clock. 3. The speaker didn’t get very loud. I tried listening while I was folding and putting away laundry and at the highest volume I couldn’t hear it outside of my immediate bedroom. 4. The website wasn’t available. I tried troubleshooting but it looked like a fishy site and 5. I put my phone in to charge before bed and I made sure it was charging. It was. But she I woke up in the morning it hadn’t charged at all. I need something that is reliable and consistent.

I misunderstood what this product was and asked customer service if I could return it. The response I received from the manufacturer customer service was outstanding! There was nothing wrong with the product I received, in fact, it was a very compact multifunction device that would (and did) provide exactly what was advertised. Because it did not suit my very specialized need I was hoping I could return it despite its excellent quality. The manufacturer revealed no hesitation to accept my explanation and resolved the issue without question. When I need my next electronic device I will seek this brand name before any other!

First let me say the sound quality is very nice! That’s the only positive thing about this. Let’s talk about the negatives. 1 only in military time and cannot change it. 2 you have to have Bluetooth connected in order for you to see the time, if you have the radio on it just shows the station. Also the radio SUCKS!! Al static. I really just bought this for the wireless phone charging and ability to connect my phone. If you are thinking about getting this don’t, spend the extra money and get a IHome clock instead.
