I hope you’re not expecting a brand new one in the plastic packaging, not for this price. Probably pulled from an old house, but they still work great.. Resistance was perfect, & the switch on the breaker works. Nothing was rusted, & it was cleaner than the ones in the Big Box Stores. I would just suggest you wear gloves while handling incase there are any metal shavings on it. Thanks-

In my locality GE circuit breakers are not very popular and are therefor difficult to obtain. This circuit breaker was available and at a price comparable with other brands of the same amperage.
