AllMatters Size Mini Menstrual Cup

This product has been totally brilliant for my teenage daughter, who has only just upgraded to the next size, after almost 4 years of use. It was a big step for her to move to this kind of product, but not only has it been trustworthy and eco, but we have worked out that it has only cost around 30p per period, to use - so amazingly economical too! I would 100% recommend it. Thank you

This was my first time trying a menstrual cup (picked the mini size despite having relatively heavy flow) and I am very glad that I did give it a try due to the following reasons: + On my first day I had to visit a lot of people's houses, and I found it very convenient since I did not have to carry a pad with me and did not have to deal with the trash. + The first time inserting was not hard but kept me thinking whether I had inserted correctly. Found out later that if not correctly inserted it can be felt and is therefore easy to tell. To make sure it is correctly inserted just try to pull from the stem softly and if there is resistance, voila, it's well inserted. + Taking it out was fairly easy. Just pull a bit from the stem, pinch the bottom, that's it. + There was no bad smell and I loved the fact that I am not creating any trash. [+ I felt like my period ended sooner, not sure if that's a thing.] And here are some aspects that make me think: - Although small, (as confirmed by recent study) there is a risk of toxic shock syndrome, which made me a bit uncomfortable. - I wish there was an easier/better way to clean. I saw that there are devices, am planning to check them out later. Also, not sure if putting in into the bag that comes with it is the most hygienic way to keep it between periods.

Best product for periods. Been using for about 2-3 years, never looked back since the first time I used it. No smell, no leaks, no changing every few hours, never uncomfortable (you can’t even feel it). Just perfect! I personally only empty it every 12 hours. Obviously make sure you clean it and boil it when your period is over!

Ok so, I looked for a review from someone with 'vaginismus' before I purchased this item but there wasn't any! So I'm writing this review hoping that it would help those suffering from vaginismus. IF YOU HAVE VAGINISMUS go with size Mini! If you find it difficult/impossible to insert the cup, you may want to use a small amount of water based lubricant for insertion (BE CAREFUL NOT TO USE TOO MUCH LUBE because it makes it easier for the cup to move further up once inserted), and then taking it out would be difficult! The first time using the cup (and I only used it once for 12 hours - wasn't comfy so stopped using it for now) don't leave the cup in for 12 hours before you attempt to take it out! I left it in for 12 hours and it was pushed all the way up when I attempted to take it out! It took me about 30 min to take it out and I was properly panicking. I would recommend taking it out after 5-6 hours the first time you use it. Don't just pull the stem down, grab onto the flexible stem and wiggle it down and when it's down enough for you to grab the base, hold the base and gently take it out (don't forget to take deep breaths during the process and relax)!

Was a little frightened to try this at first, and it did need a little getting used to, however after a few times it’s super easy to use. I did have a couple leaks but due to me putting it in wrong and it overflowing so I would watch YouTube videos on how it get it in correctly and empty it out every time you use the toilet to gauge how often you should do it. Would recommend to all who use sanitary products

So, I am 39, never been pregnant but I still went for the smallest size of 37mm as it looked least savage. I must admit, it is a bit uncomfortable inserting it and taking it out. I do not like the fact, that during my period, when everything inside is swollen and irritated, I have to stick my fingers so deep to insert, adjust or remove it. I also felt that the stem is too abrasive, so I cut it off completely but then, it became impossible to get a hold of the cup at all. After trying for a few minutes, I genuinely got scared I wont be able to take it out at all. But that wasn't the worst part. It seems like even the smallest size was way too large for me because in the middle of the night, I was woken up by contractions. I felt like someone was kicking me in the abdomen, or I was giving birth or something. The contractions stopped a few minutes after I removed the cup. Don't know what was that about, as I never read a comment about such thing but it happened to me and it was very scary. So, I am reluctant of ever using a cup again.

An excellent product that makes me feel like I’m actively doing something for the environment. Money saver too! One little word of advice though, i wouldn’t alter the stem of the cup until you are completely comfortable - as I now believe I’ve cut mine slightly too short!

I admit I was reluctant. BUT. I'm so happy I invested into this, it really works. It's so easy to insert and remove. There is no fear of leakage. I don't feel it when it's in, and there is zero waste, so totally sustainable and planet friendly!

I got the size mini. Best purchase ever. I added a picture of how it compares in size to the DivaCup size 1. OrganiCup (mini) is smaller in length and width and it is also much softer/flexible. Definitely recommend. No leaks. No discomfort. Much easier to remove than the Diva. Insertion is always tricky for me, but no more no less than the Diva. Wore it for about 13 hours and did not feel a thing neither did I notice ANY residue. I always had some (but very minor) residue left with the Diva. I may have gotten the wrong Diva size (1) and this may be a better size for me (mini)... however before getting OrganiCup I did a lot of research in regards to size and even Diva size 0 was bigger than the mini OganiCup. OrganiCup is also much softer/flexible, it also has four small holes at the top instead of two... which I wonder if it helps with the suction and the possibility of leakage.

I mean it’s fine

My first time I used it, and I researched it (and other brands) a TON, was difficult. I knew it would be hard, but I underestimated the difficulty. I tried it for two hours, but first tried over 10 times to figure it out, and then decided to take it out after two hours. Taking it out, was apparently, not well instructed because I went into it with not enough information from the company on how to gently remove it. It hurt a ton to take out, suction pulling on my inner walls and on top of that, an uncomfortable fold from trying to take it out. I wasn’t informed enough on removal, or insertion. I gave up that night and waited till morning to try it again. But I remember the stem was uncomfortable so I cut it, which I hoped I wouldn’t have to do but what was I thinking because everyone has had to do it, and I was very cautious in the past when thinking about it because I didn't want it to get lost, but it wouldn’t happen, little did I know that then. So the next morning I gave it a go, and after 5 tries, I got it confidently in. Wore a pad just in case, and it did leak, but that’s expected for beginners because of little experience beforehand. Then AFTER the second day of wearing it, it barely leaked! I’d say it didn’t, but it still had a drop of blood smeared in underwear because idk why. And with the stem short, but was like that for the past two days, I couldn’t feel it at all. I’d have to try hard to feel it. But it was soooo comfortable and just when i thought I couldn’t be happier it completely stopped leaking, my underwear was actually the cleanest ever! So, the only problem was how to remove it not painfully. The same morning that I realized I was truly happy, when my underwear had NO blood on it for the first time, was also the morning I finally solved my removal problems. Because, even though it’s a lot less pain than my first try, I still had a second of pain when removing. Only a second of pain. So I searched online “how to remove menstrual cups pain free” and found out, which was ever stated in the instruction(al video) from Organicup company, that you fold the cup how you fold to put in, in order to get air in (which I knew I needed to do didn’t know how) so you can painfully take it out with suction hurting you. I was so impressed with this removal trick or all along instruction for it that I was unaware of. Pros: •Not hard at all even for teens/beginners. (Just make sure to get more information and experiences and tips from users vs. company, experiences are more relatable than companies. •Great auction •Completely comfortable (can’t feel it at all!) •You don’t worry or remember you are on your period! •For active people too! So easy to do anything with cup in! No leaks—once you get the hand of it (3 days for me). •SAVE EARTH •Healthiest option for you, cleanest also. I feel so happy and healthy and I enjoy my period now that I have this! It’s so FUN to remove and empty and clean and insert this cup, a routine that I DON’T mind at all! •Cheap! Dynamic changes in price, but less than 30 and lasts a decade + or - while saving money from other products. Cons: None! As long as you find the right information and you WILL you’ll get it immediately! Thanks developers/engineers/company! I am completely satisfied! I recommend to every woman EVER! Get this! I SWEAR ON MY DEAD BODY ITS LEGITIMATELY AMAZING IN EVERY WAY! Just be patient (though only 3 days til perfect) and get the right info to figure it out! Save earth and you with this cup!!! LOVE IT!

The cup is really good silicone quality. Is easy to use. It comes with a pouch so is easy to keep it clen and carry.
