Wedding Planning For Dummies

I bought this book for my daughter and she loves it. It is an excellent ready resource for the novice planner.

Easy to read with all the essential information needed to plan your wedding. I like the no nonsense style and very direct advice. This book covers everything from dealing with tricky family dynamics to how much booze to order for the bar. Bridal looks and wedding invites....you name this book has it covered.

Helps a lot with the wedding planning and everything you need to do... But there is also a lot of unnecessary things written in this book. I just wish it was strictly an outline of what to do so in didn't have to spend so much extra time reading the entire thing.

My wife and I used this book 16 years ago to plan our wedding. It was an enormous help in putting all of the details together for the wedding we really did have in mind. Since then we have sent our copy to friends and relatives getting married. We just ask the recipients to sign the book when they send it back to us We bought this copy to help out one niece while another niece is using ours. Both are finding it as helpful to them as it was to us.

I downloaded this book to my kindle and I am glad that I did. I am planning my own wedding and this book helped me through ordering my invites and many more. I also like this book because they include all cultures and couples including those that live in the 21st centry.

I'm from a small town in the midwest, and while the book was somewhat helpful in understanding broader ideas like wedding etiquette and wording on invites, it wasn't as helpful as I had hoped. It was almost too comprehensive and too overwhelming for someone like me, who just wanted to make sure I had all my bases covered.

Had lots of information wording for certain things. I thought it was helpful

Funny book helpful. Reads like a computer manual and is kinda hard to understand at. Times. Dont be looking for advice about anything under 5000 though u wont find it
