5 Stars - Perfect Fit and Function!
This Magpul accessory exceeded my expectations. It snapped into place securely with zero hassle and instantly improved comfort and alignment. The build quality is solid-as expected from Magpul -and the material feels durable but lightweight. It offers just the right amount of height for improved cheek weld, especially when using optics. No wiggle, no shifting, just reliable performance. If you're looking to upgrade your setup for better consistency and comfort, this is a no-brainer. Highly recommend!

Incompatible with my OE stock, but.
The description states it is compatible with MOE stocks, and the rifle manufacturer says they use MOE stocks - apparently not. However, I purchased an MOE on sale and all is now good.

Can be used with standard AR-15 charging handle configurations…. Read more
In order to use this product on an AR-15 platform with standard charging handle setups, one of the 2 methods below must be used.1- install cheek riser backwards(slants back toward shooter). My MOE stock is sitting at the first notch back from fully closed, cheek riser backwards, zero problem charging the bolt/locking to the rear. The charging handle will make contact with the cheek riser, but does not seem to interfere with operations. User could adjust stock back another notch to negate charging handle contact, or shave +/- 1/4” off of the “rear” of the cheek riser.2- install riser the correct way, then cut off the amount of cheek riser needed to ensure the charging handle operates correctly. Unsure of results as I settled on option 1.

.5" riser was just a little too high for me, but it might not be for you (additional fit recommendations included in review)
I purchased all 3 heights of this riser, and as such I'm leaving more or less identical reviews on each product. I've included my thoughts on all three size options.I have a fairly slender face and with a good cheek weld my sight picture was substantially low with an AR. I had expected that the half inch riser would be the right size for me, but upon installing I found it to be slightly too high even when pushing my cheek hard into the stock. The quarter inch riser turned out to be pretty close to perfect, which was somewhat surprising that so little rise could make such a big difference. The .75" riser never even came out of the bag, as it would have provided far too much rise for the shape of my face. After buying all 3 sizes and returning two, here are my personal thoughts on choosing the right sized riser (assuming you're using somewhere around a 4x to 8x magnified optic, at max magnification if adjustable):-if you have a small amount of scope shadow at the top of your FOV, you should probably try the .25" riser. This is probably what most adult men require when they feel that their cheek weld is too light.-if around half of the top of your FOV is enveloped in scope shadow, try the .5" riser (this one). This is likely a good option for adult women that feel that they need to lift their cheek nearly or completely off the stock to get a good sight picture.-if most or all of your FOV is enveloped in scope shadow, try the .75" riser. I'd imagine that the would be a good option for young shooters, as few adults would require this much additional height.Since it can be tricky to figure out which size you need, I highly recommend that the first time you install one of these, you place a piece of paper folded over itself for thickness between the stock and the riser so that the riser can easily be removed if it is too high or too low. Without this, it's very difficult to remove the riser without marring it or the stock, or both. Finally, keep in mind that this WILL interfere with your charging handle unless your stock is fully extended. That's true with all three sizes, and most other risers on the market.Overall I'm pretty pleased with the .25" riser, and if you need a little additional height, the .5" one could be a good option. It will bring your eye more in line with where it needs to be with a proper cheek weld, you just need to be aware that it will interfere with the gun's charging handle before you purchase. My only complaint is that this costs half as much as the CTR stock that gets installed on.

Works exactly as intended
If you're changing handle is hitting the rise...turn the riser around dingus

The one I received is legit
The people in the reviews saying they don't think these are legit because of the packaging I believe just don't realize sometimes some things just get packaged differently when they're fulfilled by Amazon. Doesn't meant they're not legit. The one I received is definitely not a fake and looks to be an official Magpul product and works great.

Perfect fit
Perfect fit on my moe cts stock...clicks right on and holds firmly to the stock...zero wobble or rattling...I have a high mounted scope with a large 50mm objective lens so the 1/2 inch cheek riser is perfect for my setup....it's also a heck of a lot cheaper than buying a fancy $200 stock with the adjustable riser and all the other bells and whistles

Had to modify.
These will NOT work with a charging handle. It will hit everytime not allowing the bcg to be held back to put a magazine in. I cut the front section off and polished it to allow movement of the charging handle.
