Do I have to buff my nails with a nail file before using these?

No. I just put some polish remover on a cotton ball and place on my nails then place the wrap over it.

I got the kit and everything is great but the dispenser bottle doesn’t work. Am I able to get a replacement bottle without returning the entire kit?

Yes you should be able to, however before you get a new one make sure that you're pumping the top of the bottle and if that's the problem then you should be able to receive one without returning the whole kit

Can you use on natural nails?

I have long natural nails with colorstreet nail color on them. They worked great!
