Hitlight 36 Watt White Power Supply for SMD3528 LED Strips
These Hitlights 36 Watt Power Supplies (white) worked well with the Hitlight SMD3528 LED strip lights. I used the white 36 watt power supplies instead of the usual black 24 watt power supplies because the white plug looked better in my kitchen for the under the cabinet lighting. The white plug is less noticeable. So far 3 of 3 are working fine, but its only been a few days.

It works but not great
This product does work I have only had it about a month running a five foot led strip I have about a three second delay. It could be the driver or it could be something else I'm not quite sure with a five ft strip there is very little draw.

Works well to power a short length of LED tape ...
Works well to power a short length of LED tape lights. Also, the price is right. Only complaint is the 3 second delay from switch on to lights on. This is not the case with another brand of power supply.

Dead after a couple weeks
Received Feb 26. Installed at the end of March and it was working fine. Yesterday, April 12th it was no longer working. This product sucks. I see others have had them die way too soon also.UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they promptly sent me a replacement at no cost to me. This is very good service! Much appreciated. Hopefully the replacement (same model as the first one) lasts longer.

Works, but slow to come on after AC power is applied.
I bought this to be switched by an AC motion detector. It works but it's VERY slow to switch on when AC power is applied, two to three seconds, which is unusually long for a solid state transformer power adapter.

Not 12V output.
It should be a 12V output, I purchased two of these and both have an output of 11.2 volts. With certain LED strips, that becomes problematic and causes flickering not far down the strip. If you are doing any significant install of LED strips, dont use these for more than about a 4' run.
