Extra Thick Yoga and Pilates Mats 1-inch

I purchased two collars, a pink and a green. I really love this map, even though after a lot of huge stuff to fall apart a little bit, but it’s normal after using it so much It’s great for my body. It gives me so much support. I’m having a new replacement in a week and has helped me tremendously with my yoga poses being able to do the proposes without hurting myself, giving me the right comfort I’ve been teaching Yoga for over 20 years. I practice every day you even though I just turned 70 I will continue doing it and this is the right met for me and anyone that has any back problem or knee problem or any change that feel a little bit stiff

I have POTS and EDS and recently started doing yoga again to help manage my symptoms and pain, and this mat was great value for its price. I got the thinner one because it was cheaper (even though I hate thinner mats usually) and it was surprising how comfy this one was! It’s soft in all the right ways and makes exercise hurt way less for my joints. There was zero sliding around on it, it’s super stable. The length is perfect. I got the purple one for myself and the light blue one for my husband so I can force him to work out with me, and the colors are so bright and pretty. If you are looking to do yoga for Dysautonomia then this is the mat you’re looking for!

We have 2 of these yoga mats. We use them for all floor exercises. I like the extra thickness because they are very durable, firm but soft enough to be on your knees and elbows doing exercises.

Very cushiony but is slips off easily. I bought this because sometimes my knees hurt when using the 1/4inch mat, so I got the thickest one I found. It is very confortable to use but it slips off so easily that if you are not care, you might fall.

I bought the 1" mat 4 years ago and use it nearly everyday. I keep it rolled up with a resistance band for storage, carrying and making it convenient to roll out. It's helped cushion my joints on my hardwood floors and also for balancing to increase the stability of my ankles due to the thickness of(making it more challenging than a hard floor). I paid ten dollar less back then but would not hesitate to purchase again at the current price. Highly recommended!

I'm about 5'8 and find this Yoga mat's length is appropriate for my height. I use it almost daily for my physical therapy exercises and it's not slippery even when I sweat during aerobic workouts. After several months, this mat does have a bit of wear; surface scratches and indentations because I use it frequently, but nothing that impacts it's functionality. I adore the pink color. The material smells fine and it's still soft, yet firm. This yoga mat is a bit bulky and the carry strap is helpful. I like the thickness and would definitely purchase this yoga mat again. It's a super comfy and a great value for my money. Keep well!

It's thick, it's spongey, might get a bit slippery from sweat, but it's exactly what I was looking for; I use it for post run stretches and it's really satisfying having that much sponge to take the edge off the hard floor. It does seem like it'll get easily damaged, but if you're using it in a studio, it'll be great, although people might think you're bringing a camping mattress with you.

The item is superb for yoga and floor exercises at home or gym. Very firm yet soft on the knees elbows and back. Comes with two retainers with carrying handle and elastic bands. Would have given seven stars if option was there. This is another gem of an item that came from Amazon Warehouse with great value for money. The item was fully packed without any signs of damage. Thanks to amazon warehouse for such fantastic deals.

Love it. The mat protects your joints from the pressure of exercising. Will buy again.

I was looking at a much more expensive mat that was advertised as being an inch thick but the reviews said it wasn’t so I didn’t order it. Then I doing this one which is less than half the price and thought there must be a catch, but it’s perfect and I’d have happily paid more.
