Got this with the Apple cider vinegar bottle! But any ways got the garlic and cayenne for my migraines! As none of the doctors meds are helping containing the issue !! Had this for about a month / month and half ! If I take them everyday I don’t have migraines or even a headache! I have gone to the ER for them being so bad before ! And to say that this helps me just for that ! I’m happy !! Not a doctor wouldn’t recommend to any one unless you ask a doctor ! But I looked the info up and took the risk cuz anything that I had before wasn’t helping and wouldn’t hurt to try my self !! At my own risk ! Gladly saying it has helped me did give me heart burn at first but I’ll gladly take that over a blinding mind splitting can’t move with out passing out migraines! This is my own opinion of my own results !! I don’t do these often but these are worth it if they help some one else

This literally burns my stomach tested 3x burns like acid reflux but in your intestines probably from the cayenne but I'm not sure how that can be good for anyone
