My go to pump forever!
I bought this portable pump when I went back to work and didn't want to spend all of my lunchtime pumping and also didn't want to spend a small fortune on a product that I did not know much about. I WISH I had this pump from the start. It takes half of the time compared to my previous single Medela pump, and I also have double the milk-bonus!! I will highly recommend this pump, for the cost and the effectiveness. It is well worth to invest in.

Easy to use AND Effective. I love it!
I have 3 kids and for my third kiddo we needed a new pump. I have tried So MANY pumps. I tried using the Medela pump, but it wasn’t working for me. I was getting really stressed sitting for over 15 minutes and nothing was coming out. I know that my milk supply wasn’t low since I use the Haakaa when I nurse my little one and can collect 4oz in 10 mins. So I also purchased the Spectre because the reviews were, really good. Again it was very complicated to use and my body didn’t respond to it. I was heading back to work, so I figured I would try the Willow. I tried using it for several days my body would respond to it, but it was inconsistent. It would not collect the milk properly and was a mess, so I didn’t like it either. As I was reading numerous blogs and I happen to come across this pump. Since it was a silicone flange and the haakaa works so well, and the price was reasonable I figured this was my last attempt in using a pump. Wow was this easy to use!!! Just a couple buttons to play around and in 2 mins milk was flowing out!!! I love the price, how it can be use with or without a battery (it has an on/off button in back of the pump, so you don’t accidentally turn it on in your bag) and it is fairly quiet. This pump saved me from giving up on pumping because I really hate pumping! It makes it easy to use and it is effective. One thing I did have to do was buy the bigger flange because the one that this one comes with was too small for me. Luckily it wasn’t too expensive compared to other brands. All in all, this one worked for me and I love it!!!!!!

Not a good product
Am I the only one having problems w/ this product? For my 1st born I used the older version of this pump (4.5 years ago) made by the same exact company & I was totally happy w/ it so I figured to try this new version... The 1st time I tried it- I could tell there was a major problem w/ 1 of the parts maybe the diaphragm or something w/ the duck bill connectors- I saw my milk come in the flange but it failed to drain it down the bottle it was so upsetting huge mess in the middle of the night. Tried it again the next a.m. same issue wouldn't drain at all. I checked if the parts have holes & it did so there was clearly a defect sent the item for an exchange. So I just recently tried it again & for some bizarre reason now it seems like the problem is the suction- it's not effective in pulling the milk out. I tried it 3 separate times 1 w/o charger & 2x w/ the charger plugged in. Also another thing to know is that the bottles seem to not have great attachment to breasts unless a nursing bra is worn & for better suction I hold & press the bottles down to my breast- w/c I never have to do w/ my medela pump... So wanted to love this portable pump but it's a NO for me.

Just ok
I do not like that the flange portion is permanently attached, it’s really annoying trying to get it to work with a pumping bra. The silicone inserts are pretty comfortable but it doesn’t really squeeze the nipple as advertised.Suction is good, the machine itself is quite heavy, mine only worked plugged in for some reason.

Unique silicone inserts
I actually purchased this pump as a gift for a friend who needs to exclusively pump to induce lactation for her soon-to-be-adopted son. She's been using this pump at work, and a hospital-based pump at home, for about a month, and has reported that she finds this pump to be just as comfortable as her large pump, but prefers this pump for its portability for work. She has been able to pump up to an ounce at a time with this pump, which is a decent amount based on her situation (and is identical to her output with her other pump), but it does take 45-60 minutes of pumping to get that ounce, as opposed to 30-40 minutes with her other pump. She has said these flanges aren't as easy to clean as other flanges, but they aren't difficult, either. They just take more careful cleaning. But she said she absolutely loves the silicone "tunnels" on these flanges, so it's worth the extra steps of cleaning. I did buy her a second set of silicone inserts, as well, because I don't think you can replace only the duckbill valve the way you can on other pumps, so I bought her a second set of silicone inserts. I don't think she's used them yet, though. I found the replacement inserts here on Amazon.

So Convenient for Multitasking Mother of 3!!!
I bought this pump for my third child and was blown away by the freedom and flexibility it gives me. I can carry the pump around with me to do chores, cook, and care for all three of my kids. I am not strapped to the wall anymore. I have multiple pumping bras and it fits all of the bras I have. I am only giving this a 4 star because I can get more milk pumped in a shorter amount of time with my electric plugged in Medela than when I am using this pump. I have not yet tested the power of this pump while plugged into the wall, but it does have that option. I am also giving this a 4 star because not all of the parts will fit into a quick steam bag for sterilization. Overall, so happy with the freedom and flexibility it gives me, especially with having 3 kids!
