I enjoyed this book on so many levels. A must have for anyone

I don't normally write reviews, but have been so pleased with this book, I felt like I needed to. I am a massage therapist and energy worker. I've been searching for a book that explains energy work in some detail. This has been wonderful! The author goes into quite a bit of detail about the different elements of energy work, and gives step by step instructions. Whether you are a beginner, or just want a refresher, this book is a gem!

I was very enthusiastic to carry on with the studies and practices of this book. But there are some obstacles and limitations to re consider about the routines of this practice. The negative side effects caused after you get through it. In my oppinion, and in my belief, I consider that an effective practice must be bound on the practitioner"s safety. I can refer to an example, ie. Most forms of Yoga loke Kria Yoga, cannot be trusted in its training though it is dangarous to attend without bud side effects.

Very well written with interesting topics and a new take on sharing knowledge. This is a perfect read for anyone just getting started in the world of Energy Work. Less 'step by step' instruction and more a teaching on mindset - How to approach energy work, and how to approach learning the subject based on your strengths.
