32GB Memory Stick Pro Duo Combo (32GB Micro SD + MS Pro Duo Adapter)

I bought this instead of a regular memory stick because I didn't want to invest in any proprietary stuff. The adapter and memory card work perfectly with my PSP. I can run homebrew apps, and play music, and videos stored on it without any hickups.

The card works great but the adapter doesn't fit in my computer. I have to use a USB cord to transfer files.

I chose this because it was cheap, and the quality reflects that. I bought this for use with my PSP system and it would only occasionally detect the card. Where brand-name cards would be detected immediately and on the first plug-in, this needed to be re-inserted several times and then took about 30 seconds to be detected. Whenever I tried to access a game on the card, it would often disconnect during loading and I would have to redo the re-insert ritual until I got it to register as connected. Even when I got a game working, it would sometimes disconnect and cause the system to freeze. Though paying half the price of a proprietary memory stick may seem preferable, spending twice as long trying to use it makes it a painful experience.

I just got this product so I don't really know whether it's going to let me down or not. I will keep you posted. Good news is that it fit my Sony DSC-WX9 and, most importantly, it is compatible with it (even though the camera said the images might not be saved properly). Only time will tell. So far, so good...

Buy your own Micro SD card separately, since the geniuses that packed these together don't know what they're doing. This adaptor is designed to work with a regular Micro SD card, and not the Micro SDHC card they packed with it. I just had a minor inconvenience until I tried my regular Micro SD card, but some people have experienced the adaptor being completely ruined by using the MicroSDHC card in it, so don't risk it. So why two stars instead of one? Because both of the packed devices work correctly on their own, just not together like the seller would lead you to believe. Luckily I had a regular Micro SD card lying around, so I was able to use the adaptor with my PSP.
